I paid for online checkin and got no boarding pass, support is unavailable. The only reply you receive is automated messages from AI.
I also paid for extra service 90% of tickets price refund and didn’t receive any refund (request was rejected). So what did I pay for?

Flights were canceled, money refunded to tickets ua - and they keep ignoring and denying the refund.

Please note that your refund request has already been successfully processed from our side. In other words, the request was accepted and forwarded for further handling in accordance with the refund procedure. At the moment, we have already sent the refund request to the airline and are currently awaiting the airline’s authorization.
Unfortunately, due to technical and procedural reasons, we are unable to finalize the refund before the airline authorizes the request and the settlement between the parties is completed. This is part of the established refund procedure that we are required to follow. Until the airline confirms the authorization, there is no technical possibility for us to complete the refund on our side.
We understand that waiting in such circumstances may feel unfair and unclear from the customer’s perspective. However, we would like to assure you that this does not mean your request is being ignored. Your case is in progress, and we are continuing to monitor it within the framework of the applicable procedure.
As soon as we receive the airline’s authorization for the refund and the mutual settlement is completed, we will immediately notify you by the purchaser’s email address. Only after this stage is completed can we proceed with the final processing of your refund.

I spent on a bus ticket from Lviv to Warsaw $54.97 ,and the company Tickets.UA only refunded me $43.05 ,even though I canceled the ticket immediately after booking.
ANd I canceled the ticket because the site had problem with payment - my card did not go through right away.

They give you a "refund" option, hiding under several layers that you are not getting a refund except if anything exceptional happens, they are not clear or honest with this, very bad and borderline fraudulent.

Just buy locally at a ticket office and not with tickets.ua is my honest advice.

My elderly parents traveled from the USA to Ukraine via Warsaw. Due to the cancellation of the flight, they had to urgently buy bus tickets through tickets. ua, i.e. I lost my train tickets. Everything is fast, easy and affordable. Good thing you bought insurance. Because they lost their parents' luggage, they had to miss their bus and it would have cost them another $80, in addition to the lost $250 for the train tickets and $100 for the hotel. Thanks Tickets. ua for reimbursement of 50% of the ticket price! We were pleasantly surprised by the company's care for its customers! This is the European level!

1. Через tickets.ua був куплений квиток (OIAX77B4) на літак.
2. В день вильоту я не зміг зачекінитися на рейс і зрештою мене не пустили на літак. Причина, яку мені озвучили на чекіні: мій квиток виявився анульованим (про що мене tickets.ua не попередили ніяк і від них не було жодної інформації що таке може статися).
3. Я провів весь день вильоту в розмовах з tickets.ua - вони звинувачують у всьому авіаперевізника. Авіаперевізник звинувачує tickets.ua. Оскільки платив я саме tickets.ua і вони були моїм travel agent, логічно що провина на tickets.ua.
4. Через те, що мене не пустили на літак - мені прийшлося купляти новий квиток за досить значну суму (я вже не кажу про час та нерви, витрачені на ситуацію).
Booked an bus from Romania to Ukraine at Sunday. When I arrived at the bus station, the guy working there told me there is no bus today.
Even called the service hotline, Noone knew anything.

КОМПАНИЯ УЖАС - это мягко говоря. С tickets ua до этого не работал. Купил билеты через tickets ua в обе стороны со всеми дополнительными услугами, которые предлагает компания (регистрация на рейс, смс оповещение, страховка, возврат билетов, BRB GOLD). Через 2 часа пришло на почту письмо, что Мы не можем оформить Ваш заказ, так как авиакомпания подняла цену билетов и нужно доплатить 3500грн. Я доплатил 3500грн, но в основном заказе осталась сумма прежняя, почему подорожали - это вопрос хитрый. Что-то мне подсказывает, что это tickets ua подняли цену, чтобы заработать больше. А вы думайте сами. Когда открылась регистрация на рейс за 24 часа, на почту пришло письмо, что Вас зарегистрировали на рейс(только не тот), когда Я открыл и посмотрел рейс, то оказалось что рейс был не тот, который Я купил. После этого Я звонил в компанию около 10-15 раз пытался выяснить, почему так произошло. Ответ tickets ua, Я получал один и тот же - Мы не виноваты, это все авиакомпания, что напутала. Несколько раз бросали трубку телефона, В итоге потрачено много времени и денег. Вопрос компания не решила. Деньги не вернула. Ответственность с себя сняла. Вывод делайте сами, Я уже сделал по РЕЙТИНГУ -1, только нет такого здесь.
my experience was terrible with this company
1. while buying the tickets,i bought a refund guarantee service which i thought was as it sounded on tin. Turns out it is only guaranteed if airline screw up or in case of emergency situations such as death in family or travelers etc. the current situation of COVID cases in Germany (my travel destination) was not taken into consideration
2. I went ahead and initiated a refund request anyway, after two weeks i called the customer service to ask about the status of my refund and to my surprise everything is approved but it takes up-to 60 working days (3 months) before i can see my portion of little money that i paid for the booking.
In a nutshell, stay away from these local jokers and use an international booking service if you can

Лет 5-6 назад они начинали не плохо, сейчас же сервис ниже нуля.
У меня была ошибка в билете, и ее возможно было решить, так как я ее обнаружил сразу после покупки за неделю до вылета. За 4 дня я не смог дозвонится ни по одному номеру (слушал музыку 10 минут и потом звонок срывался), не email они не отвечают, а чат просто не работал.
В итоге остался с проблемой один на один, и так ее и не решил.
Держитесь подальше от tickets.ua и их остальных компаний.
Купил билет на tickets.ua +услуги "ГАРАНТИРОВАННЫЙ ВОЗВРАТ" и "СРОЧНЫЙ ВОЗВРАТ" (в течение 72 часов).
Прошла неделя вялой переписки с tickets.ua . Сегодня списался с авиакомпанией и узнал, что деньги они вернули уже давно, но tickets.ua со мной рассчитываться не намерен.
В интернете нашел отзывы о том, что tickets.ua не возвращает деньги.
