We ordered an outdoor table off them. We kept it covered when not in use, but the wood began to bow and the screw became blown. We reported this to them, but they have blamed us for not keeping the table covered, even though we have. It's a real shame. I would avoid this company.

It is very straightforward, the website gives all the information required, once purchased, the delivery process is always explained clearly with you notified of each process. I've bought 2 side boards from Tikamoon now and I love them!

Tikamoon had exactly what I was looking for, beautifully made furniture, delivery took longer than usual but they did tell me before I ordered , good price, great customer service I would definitely recommend them and would shop with them again

I found exactly what I wanted on the site and was delighted with the cabinet when it arrived. The quality of workmanship and materials is excellent. It was delivered quickly and on time. The delivery people were very polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely look to purchase from this company again and would fully recommend it to others.

The customer service has been terrible. I received an item that was faulty on arrival initially they were helpful and reimbursed us a small amount. However the faulty coating on the table has continued to deteriorate in a very short space of time with normal use. They have been unwilling to help since and are now ignoring my emails. I would not recommend this company or this product.

I bought a solid wood desk and bedside drawers. Couldn’t be happier - they feel high quality and look great. Delivery team were fantastic. Additionally I had some follow up queries with the customer service team, who answered quickly and helpfully.

Tikamoon products, delivery and customer service are second to none. I love the fact the products look and feel more luxurious than many items in the same price bracket from the UK. Returns are free, which considering they are a) heavy and b) shipped from France, is incredible. It meant I could buy with confidence. I did have to return a marble basin because it was darker than the ‘light grey marble’ description and the website photos suggested. But that was just my opinion once I had seen it. Others might love the colour! The quality was faultless so I was disappointed I had to return it. I ended up buying the cement handbasin instead and it was the perfect shade. However, the return and refund was seamless for the marble basin. I also bought the Jill teak unit with hand basin. It’s fantastic quality and is the perfect size for my small cloakroom that didn’t have a hand basin in it when I bought the house. It was easy to protect it with Danish oil and it’s just stunning. The products I bought have helped me give my bathroom and cloakroom the ‘hotel look’ that I love.

Lucie has been really helpful with my enquiries as I needed a very specific basin that will have to fit my existing marble worktop, highly recommended and will definitely come back in the future!

Exceeded my expectations from start to finish!

I’m genuinely impressed with my whole experience with Tikamoon.

The communication was excellent from the beginning. Every email I sent was answered incredibly quickly, and the responses were always clear, helpful and straight to the point. It was also very easy to reach the team both by phone and email, which is quite rare these days.

The delivery experience was just as good. I was given a clear timeframe in advance, the delivery team contacted me around 30 minutes before arrival, and they arrived exactly when they said they would.

What impressed me the most, though, was the packaging. A big round of applause to whoever designed it! I was genuinely amazed by how much thought had gone into protecting every part of the furniture. Even the empty spaces were carefully filled and reinforced, and everything was secured to prevent movement or damage during transit. You could really see the care and attention that had gone into the packaging design.

The item itself is beautiful, very well made and exactly as described.

Overall, the entire experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely shop with Tikamoon again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
