I purchased a pair of On Cloud Monster Void shoes from Tifosi Sports. The payment process was smooth and the shoes were delivered on time.

After trying them on, I realised I needed a different size. I contacted the store to arrange an exchange, but was informed that they did not have stock. I then opted for a refund, as I planned to purchase the same model from another store that had my size available.

Unfortunately, it has now been over a month since I requested the refund, and I have received no resolution. Initially, Liam assisted me, but his phone now goes straight to voicemail. The landline and cellphone numbers are not answered, emails receive no response, and WhatsApp messages are replied to days later with promises that “accounts will process the refund” — which never happens.

To make matters worse, this company no longer stocks the On brand, their website is down, and the online store appears inactive.

All I am asking for is my refund and clear communication regarding what the issue is and when the refund will be processed.

I would advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from Tifosi Sports, especially if you may need an exchange or refund.
They do not honour their word, they ignore follow-ups, and their after-sales service is extremely poor.

It has been more than a month since my refund request, and I am still waiting.

Tifosi Sports gave me the awesome opportunity to win a pair of the #cloudmonster2 shoes. They are such comfortable shoes that really make me feel as if I am running on clouds.

I had a great experience running in the On Surfer7 because of the cushioning, it is comfortable and the landing is very soft. I feel like running further than planned every time I have them on. I really enjoyed my run on that day.

Cloudventure Peak 3 - Amazed at how light and comfortable these sleek trail running shoes are, without the latest cumbersome trend that trainers tend to have. Although engineered for racing... I have been testing them out on shorter training trail runs of up to 21km - the grip & traction is fantastic even in slippery conditions. Very happy.

Wowww.... I wasn't knw about tifosi sports clouds monster...am giving my clouds monster 100% without any doubt.. beautiful.. quality.. comfortable nothing bad..I love you tifosi sports

Got a pair of Running Pants yesterday. My first surprise was the combo in fabrics, the 4-way stretch was a wonderful surprise, makes the pants Perfect for movement. The details (an On specialty) are amazing. I thought I loved my Running Tights... but Nah, I've changed my mind. 😊👌 Running Pants!!🙌

The Cloud X3 is lightweight. It literally holds your foot in place❤❤. The shoe adjusts to the foot' wiggles during the run. It's comfortable and it's not noisy when hitting the ground. I ran on clouds and I'm hooked🙌🏾🙌🏾. The tights, ohhh my God!!! They fit like a glove. They are high waist and there is zero roll down when running! The tights absolutely feel like your second skin. I'm inlove with the brand🥰🥰. Thank you Tifosi❤❤

I love the fact that my comfort was not compromised. Watching everyone at the Soweto marathon 2022 take their shoes off after the run, showed me that the shoes they had on were not comfortable at all. Where everyone that i saw that had ON CLOUD Shoes, kept them on....

Attempting to get back into shape has never been an easy task. With the new Cloudmonster from On, getting back into shape is a Breeze. This is one of the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned. It has monster level cushioning and is as light as a feather making running long distances effortless. Tifosi is the only authorised South African distributor of On products. I am not a marathon runner (more like a walker and fun run participant). My first pair of On shoes, I chose based on the fact that it looks fantastic but I soon realised that as much as I get excited with new colours, it is more important to get shoes that are fit for purpose. My personal experience is that the Cloud Stratus is the best shoe for me to walk in. It offers just the right support and cushioning. For trail walks I absolutely love the Cloud Ultra. It is a perfect balance between grip, support and flexibility. Of course the Performance All Day range of shoes is where I can choose my favourite colours! I am so proud to be part of the Tifosi Team and impressed by their vast technical knowledge. The Tifosi Team is fantastic with regards to product knowledge. Of course there is always something new to learn with new styles and colours being launched all the time. Thanks to every member of the Tifosi team.

Great experience, friendly customer service and knowledge of what shoes would work for me the best.

One of my greatest fitness motivations are a good training gear. When you look good you feel good. If you are looking for some fitness motivation I would strongly recommend that you try this technique. After a long time not taking part in the road races, I decided to run the Women’s 10KM race in my On-running’s new apparel collection. The bra is the best that I have ever worn, it’s elasticity and underband are truly designed to stretch and move with your body and this quality prevented me from chaffing. Same as my tights,not even once did I have to pull my short tights down because they stayed in place allowing me for free and stress free movement. All my focus was directed in enjoying the run. I also ran in my On-running CloudMonster running shoes which has a massive cushioning. I had the ultimate Cloudtec experience, stride after stride it felt like I was running on clouds… I had the most comfortable run. Let's have a moment of silence for the Cloudstratus 2.0! This was my shoe of choice at the 2022 Comrades marathon.

This shoe did not disappoint, from the light weight breathable material, comfort and the glove like fit for my feet. The manner in which my feet and shoes connected with the tar was as if I was running on clouds. Soft landing, with just the right amount of bounce to propel me. Loved every km in my Cloudstratus.

And to top it off the Rose Red colour just makes this shoe even more cute 😍
