Very poor service, great they want your money, you pay, but it's done on your behalf, but you don't get any help if u try to amend the booking,you tell them your disabled, and need a wheelchair, basically tough you should off booked it at the time of booking!,cab I speak to a manager to amend it no,there all robots its disgraceful ,ur retired spend alot of money ,trying to make sure ur ok,help do me a favour,disgraceful

Purchased three tickets for the Malvern Show on 10th May money appeared on my credit card statement, no tickets arrived by e mail, I rang on 11th when were going, only to be told that they had no record of the booking, and the ‘ghost’ payment would disappear from my card. Not only did we not get the voucher code, we had to pay full ticket price, I am now £40 out of pocket, and all I got was an apology and a suggestion that I contact the Malvern Show - as Ticket Factory were selling the tickets this seems like a useless path to go down . I feel very let down - do not use this site .

was needed my e tickets for RHS Chelsea and contacted to TF customer services. They told me, the post code was not correct, therefore they can not provide my tickets. I called directly to RHS Chelsea and ask about other ways to receive my tickets. So, I confirmed that I can collect it by myself in RHS box office. I logged in my Ticket Factory account and found out address, sent it to TF and asked when i get my tickets. Guess what this useless customer service replied to me: we confirmed that you will be able to collect your tickets from the box office when you arrive at the show. Did TF resolved my question? NO. Did they spent my time? YES AND IT WAS TO MUCH FOR SUCH GENERAL PUBLICITY AVAILABLE INFORMATION. wretched

Absolutely First class. I had my reservations after reading so many negative reviews but this company was 100% spot on from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future

Made a complaint regarding my seating with access at Birmingham resorts. I had to try sit sideways which wasnt possible. Couldnt see anything and so left after a few songs due to being in further pain and discomfort from where i was put in access seating. Not heard after a week when they say 48hrs so sent another complaint saying I had already sent one. Its been another 2 weeks and no reply.
Will think twice about using again in future and with access.

Ordered tickets last minute absolutely no problems at all. Called up to check a few things and all ran smoothly. Was weiry due to the negative reviews however I was completely happy and satisfied and will for sure use again.

Sadly RHS for some unknown reason use these clowns for their shows so are unavoidable if you want to go. Shame on you RHS.

Website payments are a disaster. Taking money but not giving tickets. No errors, just goes back a step then you notice they have taken the money. "Don't worry it's only pending you will have it back in a few days". Thats not an acceptable answer. Nor is failing in a payments flow and giving no errors.

RHS sort your lives out and go to a provider that scores more than 1.7/5. SHAME ON YOU RHS.

Don't under any circumstances use this company. My wife has bought tickets for the Chelsea Flower Show through this company for over twenty five years, and now having been diagnosed with stomach cancer has requested a refund for this year. Guess what, it's not their policy to issue refunds under any circumstances. How that for good customer service.

I have been going to Chelsea Flower Show for at least twenty five years and buying my ticket and programme from The Ticket Factory. It is a much loved show and always sells out.
I have been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer. I rang this company giving plenty of notice for the tickets to be sold. However they will only give me a credit voucher. This is totally insulting as obviously if I can’t make the show, I can’t use the voucher. Not to refund my money is really cruel. They are a dreadful company.

I was a little afraid to use this site because it has so many negative reviews, but I decided to give it a chance... and I don't regret it! I used The Ticket Factory to purchase tickets to the Louis Tomlinson concert in Birmingham in November 2023. I bought them two weeks before the concert and I was afraid that the tickets would not arrive or that I would be scammed, but I received an email with my tickets right after purchasing and everything was fine!

I have been having problems paying for tickets on Ticket Factory website.
Tom Jones 16th Dec 2023. After entering my card details I get a pop up "OOPS... SORRY!
Sale payment failed. You have not purchased any tickets. Please make sure that all your payment details are correct before trying again. If you continue to have problems, please contact Ticket Factory Customer Services team on 0344 338 0338 - [ FAIL ]"

This happened with 3 different cards on chrome and on the android app. A back then shows Barclaycard Application error Unable to process your payment etc.
I asked my friend to try but the same happened to her.
It has also happened before.
I reported the fault in writing and by phone. The phone staff were helpful but the problem is the same today.
I would be grateful if you could fix this as I would like to book tickets online.

Don't want to give this company 1 star but there isn't an option for zero.
Don't recommend this web site but unfortunately there may not be another option for obtaining tickets.

Ticket Protection not honoured!.
I had to request a refund of one ticket of four that I purchased, as my 10 year old Granddaughter was ill on the weekend of the show. Ticket Factory insisted I required a doctors or hospital certificate for proof of illness, (G.P. was closed and A&E not required) I provided proof of illness from two sources and offered further proof from two legal professionals and also from her other Grandparents but they would not honour the ticket protection I paid extra for. Extremely disappointed with Ticket Factory as I have spent thousands of pounds over many, many, years for concert tickets and have never before made a claim for a refund.
I have now cancelled my association with this company and intend to take further legal action to obtain £65 for my Granddaughters ticket to Disney on Ice.
Shame on you Ticket Factory!!

No prior warning of a £1.50 "delivery charge for an email. A website that rivals Ryanair for trying to make you buy extras. I tend to try to persuade events organisers to boycott them.

Now charging £1.50 (that they don't tell you about until the end of the buying process) to send you an email that you then have to print out yourself. Ticket is for two days but states will only scan once. Also ID checks; is this the Gestapo trading under a different name?

So after seeing so bad reviews on here after buying my blink 182 tickets and being scared I had been scammed, I can say I was not!

Bought my tickets a year before the gig had regular emails from them, I was able to log into the website and see my order and updates on my tickets.

I downloaded the app when I had an email to say my tickets were ready, they came through on the app no problem, got me into the gig no issues!

I have no idea how a company can exist with the worst website i have ever used. It’s completely useless for disabled people with an access card. You be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely avoid

It's one of the worst website that I have ever used so far. I bought ticket 3 months prior to my concert and when I try to sell a month in advance even in cheaper price but the website is not letting me to sell any longer. They are just ripping innocence out there and this website should be prohibited from using.

Very disappointed
went to the games at London stadium - Diamond League meeting and had pre-paid ticket factory for 3 number programmes at £5 each

There were no vendor stands inside the stadium or at the gate of Stratford stadium, Questioning the security staff for help, they made clear that there were only two, one being directly opposite at the other end of the stadium - it's a big stadium, not possible to walk halfway around and then back to seating

Went without, but complained after games, looking for my £15 back. This was refused

Ticket factory claim, although they were not present and not asked any ground staff in attendance, that there were many programme vendors throughout the stadium, along the track, in the seating and around the peripheral grounds

A complete lie

Why would I invent a story of not claiming my pre-paid programmes to show the games itinerary and record winners - timing sand distances - the purpose of the programme in reality

You can clearly understand the high demand from the near capacity stadium and also the very limited availability

Apparently there were only two programme vendors for the whole stadium - as informed by one of the games staff

Seriously disappointed, the value of a programme at such events is crucial and also acts as a significant souvenir after the event, why bother otherwise

I dont like these people who sit behind desks and say F off to paying customers - have you also been lied to by Ticket Factory - deceived ? have they taken money from you, not provided the service and then refused to repay your monies
