Great seats, great sbow

I mucked up! I spent $1,600 on tickets to a show in Perth for my family, then realised I was going to be away. After some panic, I emailed support and lodged a request to have my tickets changed to another date.

I received an immediate automated response to say they had received my request. There was then a delay of a fortnight, clearly due to how busy the Ticketek support line gets, and because they deal with enquiries in chronological order.

Whilst I was concerned, I clearly had no need to be, as they were so efficient and polite. Checking in with me and then proceeding to alter my tickets as per my request. They were fantastic! I so appreciated their assistance.

The show was great. It was a warm and humid evening and the theatre was not as cool as I would have preferred. That took it from a 5 star to 4 star.

It was a fantastic show from start to finish, easy to follow for the kids and the right amount of audience participation to keep them engaged. The stage settings puppets and music are all as beautiful as you would expect from Bluey and the energy of the performers was amazing! The highlight was the game of giant keep uppy and the bubbles at the end! My 3 year old has not stopped raving about it!

My daughter had the most amazing time at the Bluey show. Our seats were great and the show made us feel that we were actually in the Heelers house. I love how it also engaged the audience which allowed the kids to answer questions and be involved. Was well worth the price to also meet Bluey after the show and receive some special merchandise. Thank you for making our daughters wishes come true.

MJ show is one of the best musicals I’ve seen. Dancing music and storyline just perfect.

Took my Granddaughter and she absolutely loved the Bluey Show.

MJ the Musical was everything I expected! The artists were amazing, the sets dynamic and the music just thumped through your soul... leaving you a little sad because of the history. Using Ticketek is such an easy process for me, purchasing online, saving my tickets then sharing them with whoever is coming. No lost tickets! The Princess Theatre is beautiful although a little stuffy when warm.

The performance was good and the sound perfect. The seats are terribly cramped. I would not attend that theatre again unless I could get front row seats Stalls section

Inituitive user interface on PC, however not that great on mobile device, you will need to zoom in zoom out a lot. But overall, it wasn't very hard.

One advice is that the website didn't provide enough information/description of the event.

The Her Maj staff were very welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They ensured everyone attending MJ the musical had a fantastic time. The show was incredible, it has been put together so very well and tells Michael's story very well. The cast are absolutely amazing.

Everything about it was Excellent. The way this production was put together was so good, i had a moment where I felt really sad that Michael is gone but appreciative of the music that he made. It was a great celebration of Michael Jackson the artist, the creator, the visionary... also the sound of the band was phenomenal and the way it was set up in theatre was perfect!

Having staff to explain each hole, and being able to explore the whole of Brisbane Powerhouse.

Amazing singers and dancers, what a performance

The artwork on each hole was very clever and it was also a lot of fun. We were a party of eight ladies and we did a lot of laughing. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday 🎉🎉

Loved the music, while dancers amazed me going non stop forv2 hours.

It was an amazing experience loved every minute of the musical. It was such a great performance from everyone with such remarkable voices.
