Loved the story, songs, staging and the choreography was excellent. As expected the actor playing MJ was not as good as the real thing but it was still enjoyable nonetheless.

The Music, the Story, Michael Jackson experience was fantastic.

Getting people in earlier so they are not disturbing those already seated.
Singing was terrible, would’ve been better off lip syncing, dancing was good.

I really enjoyed the MJ musical. The quality of the actors, dancers and musicians was exceptional. This coupled with the size of the venue being albeit not small, though not huge made the experience so much more intimate and special. I loved every minute.

MJ The Musical was brilliant, from start to finish. Every cast member was fantastic - and the way the songs were woven into the story was so cleverly done.

Ilario Grant IS Michael Jackson - especially with the way he replicates Michael's gentle, quiet speaking voice. And Derrick Davis as Joseph Jackson? Wow, what a powerhouse. Oyoyo Joi as Katherine was sensational - at first I thought, "Is that Audra McDonald up there?" As for Little Michael (I think we saw Ben Bonner - sorry, I forgot to check the Cast board in the foyer), he was adorable! Such a big role for a little fellow, but he handled it brilliantly.

The theatre staff (ushers, program sellers) were lovely & very welcoming too, so the evening got off to a great start before we even sat down.

The music is amazing, the dancers are brilliant, especially "Thriller".
All three MJs are just so good!
MJ's story, from "The Jackson Five" to mature age was woven into the show quite well.
I didn't like the theme of the show that it was a rehearsal for opening night in Munich. Unnecessary and messy.
Also thought the guy who played MJ's Dad was over the top, especially when he slapped the youngest MJ.

MJ the musical was such a great show, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The show was fabulous & the guy who played MJ was absolutely brilliant. He sang well & danced well & Michael would have been very proud of him

From getting tickets online to attending the theatre, everything went so smoothly. The only thing that was not so pleasant was the space between the seats, having to get up all the time so people can get to their seats was very annoying, there is not enough room for people to get pass when you are seated.

From the staging, lighting, sound, dancing and singing - it was fantastic!

This show was so much better than I thought it would be. The performers were incredible, the stage props were fabulous. I wish the sound was louder because at times it was not easy to hear. A concert sound atmosphere would have blown the audience away. I also think that some audience guidance to stand and sit would have been great as there were times a random couple of people were standing and it made it difficult to see. Overall, this was such a great musical experience

The MJ Musical was pumping energy from start to finish. An exceptional performance by Ilario Grant as MJ, he made you believe he was MJ. All the cast were brilliant making it an experience to remember.

Wonderful performers and fantastic music … what a show!

MJ The Musical was a first class performance from all of the cast members involved. I went not quite sure on what my expectations were after seeing MJ in concert for his History Tour back in 1996. The vocal performance from the main lead was as close to MJ himself than any other performer that I have heard. In saying that the other cast who portrayed MJ at various times throughout his life also had fantastic vocals. Congratulations and well done to all involved.

Superb. Epic. Everything was fabulous. Storytelling, theatrics, back drops, choreography, singers and of course, song choice. Had a smile on my face the entire time.
