Expensive postage
Posted very fast and arrived fast but the postage was twice as much as the masks and was charged for each box postage and when it arrived was in one package .

Everything was fine apart from the packaging
Everything was fine apart from the packaging. Flimsy box held together with Sellotape and no cushioning packaging inside. Fortunately the stool survived the journey. Also, I was told it was being shipped by Parcelforce and it was actually shipped by DHL.

Great service and product
Recently bought a medical bed and mattress from this company and found them to be extremely helpful from the word go. When there was a logistic problem with the sides for the bed they were able to sort it in time to avoid delay in the delivery. The installation man was friendly and efficient and had the bed installed quickly removing all packing and taking it with him. Great price on the product itself and the service package. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone in need of quality goods at competitive prices with excellent customer service and after care.

The Rollater arrived next day which we…
The Rollater arrived next day which we were very pleased about, however there is a fixing screw/bolt missing which I'm going to try to source and fix today. Should be an easy fix providing I can get the correct bolt. If not I will have to contact Tiacare
