Pathetic service and customer support. I paid 6k for blood test. They collected sample but then got a report saying all tests cancelled by lab. Customer care is clueless. Have been following up since 2 days with them. Better to go with local pathology lab, never trust these online services.
There was a 2 unsuccessful payment transaction due to glitch in app, so requested for refund of those two payments. It's been almost 20 days still I have not recieved the refund (only for one payment i recieved that too after 15days)still 1 payment refund is pending never trusting thyrocare again

Sujit kumar lal taken the blood sample and updated the data on wrong sample his app and denied to update the data on my bame order and asking me to give me the blood again. I have denied and ask him to correct the same data on correct order and he is cancelled the after few hours and refund also not initiated as u have paid that to direct app. Waiting for his position response otherwise i will fill a complaint against him in consumer court.
Do not book any sample from Thyrocare he is totally unmanaged organisation and not doing the things correct how we can trust them to give the correct report when they are doing the same data on other order in fornt of me.

Very bad service. There technician are ineffective and do not pickup phone too. Do not book your test with them it is complete wastage of time and money
After long time follow up with thyrocare I didn't receive hard copy of my report. And the customer care knows only two three words that is sorry, deeply sorry and sorry for inconvenience.

I had booked a test for my daughter on Saturday for Thyroid (T3/T4/TSH). Still waiting for exact reading for TSH. Have been calling them continuously but they told me to wait for 24 hrs. Now after that there is no coordination with front desk and lab report guys. Really pissed of. Will not book from them.any more. ID VL5D4F79.
I was told that I can claim a refund of required. What about the wastage of time , energy and blood.
