Really impressed with service so far
Really impressed with service so far. Speedy delivery with tracking of item all the way. Well done. The Dell desktop was very easy to set up and so far is delivering everything that we wanted it to do.

Very simple and efficient to deal with. Communication was good and delivery was smooth and on-time considering mine is a rural delivery address, however, the tracking information did not reflect progress as well as it could have.

Superfast delivery just it went to the house next door that is currently vacant which i had learnt 4 days later after ordering, also that it had come the very next morning wow superfast! Lucky it was only honest contractors next door. So far Happy with laptop, good for the price aswell!! Thankss

Laptop
The laptop has a missing piece on the side where it gets really really hot, also it doesn’t last at least 2hrs when fully charged. I’ve only had it for a week now but whenever I use it I need to keep the charger in, it doesn’t give a warning when it’s low battery and just shuts off.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Your laptop has this mentioned in the description: "NOTES: there is a broken plastic at the side where CPU cooling is located. Can get quite hot when doing some intensive workload on the laptop, but doesn’t shut down. Some screws at the bottom are missing." So this was communicated to you before your purchase. As for the charge, it lasts around 2 hours 30 mins of non-stop YouTube watching (tested on 50% brightness and “better battery” mode). If you do other work and on full brightness, you will be getting a different result as this is an indication test only.

I went to this page because their google advertisement says refurbished laptops under $300.
The very first search on their website says there is nothing under $300.
The owner (in the reply below) suggests that the reason for this is the cheaper stuff sells fast so you have to be quick and keep trying to see when they have new stock. Well, its a month later and still no under $300 stock, I guess you have to try more regularly and for a longer period. Not really convenient or practical. Changed from 1 star to 2 sicne the owner made the effort to reply.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that you might feel clickbaited however this is not the case. Our budget stock was sold out a few days ago, that's why there were no products under $300 at the time of your visit (they sell very fast due to the price). We add stock to the website almost on a daily basis, so it's actually a good idea to check back to this category if you are after a budget laptop. We apologize if we made you feel frustrated during these uncertain pandemic times, so if your 1-star feedback makes you feel better then we are fine with this.
UPD: in this month we already sold 5 budgets. Sorry if you can't be fast enough. Instead of complaining, you could just flick us an email asking to notify you when we get new budget stock.
