Bought an ex-lease PC
Bought an ex-lease PC, shipped same day as ordered. The device is in excellent condition, looks like new, no case scratches or marks. Works perfectly, very pleased.

Great service!
Initially ordered and paid for an unsuitable laptop. After realising my mistake, Thunderstore was very understanding and helpful, and swapped the laptop for another, and packaged and couriered the new one without a hitch. Great service!

After a couple of emails it appeared that the laptop was actually working perfectly fine and the customer was having issues logging in under their own Microsoft account. The thermal shutdowns the customer referred to were recorded in BIOS from 2019 year when we didn’t even have this laptop. When we got the laptop we have inspected it and applied new thermal paste and de-dusted it, as well as upgraded the memory. This is what refurbishment process is. The customer also ran diagnostic tests which all have successfully passed.
The customer hasn't come back to us since we pointed out the above.

A breeze to deal with! Love the photos of the actual unit you are buying. Very helpful with all questions. And one of the few companies that test the battery and is transparent about it all.
