Unrolled my daughter following her GSCE exams needed retaking, and can honestly say that the online tutoring was incredible. Flexible, friendly and really understood her.

While Peter is a very nice and friendly person, the tutoring service in itself was disappointing. I specifically needed tutoring in preparation for an ACA examination, and I was reassured by Peter that there was someone readily available to start the following day. Once I’d transferred the money over for the 10 hour package, the arranging of the sessions became more difficult, as it became apparent that the tutor had limited availability – this resulted in starting the sessions 2 days later than initially promised. Unfortunately the tutor was incredibly disappointing – they did not put their camera on, did not show calculations during the time when we practiced ONE exam question, and ultimately got the figures wrong. Following this experience, I spoke to Peter, who assured me I would get a refund and that the tutor’s approach was not in line with THSA Online’s standards. Despite this seeming agreement as to the sub-par quality of the session, I was still charged £70 for this time. After multiple phone calls, messages and emails, I eventually got my refund for the remaining 8 hours. As per the above, I would not recommend THSA for any ACA-related study support.

One seldom finds someone so professional, knowledgeable and supportive. The THSA platform is easy so use which makes writing reports et. a pleasure.

This tutoring company is good as it hires really experienced tutors like Daanish who is amazing and brings real world experience to sessions which have made my sessions soo exciting!

Chaos, mismanaged, unresponsive and shocking 3 months wait for salaries. And not just me - a whole host of the tutors unpaid. Regularly called with 5 minutes notice of a lesson, due to other tutors not being paid.

We have been delighted with the tutoring provided by THSA largely due to the personalised and focused attention that is being provided by the tutors. I am very impressed with how well the tutors balance independent learning, one to one teaching and ensuring that the young person remains on track. My son is currently undertaking A-levels and THSA have been able to provide a tutor for all his subjects and there is always flexibility to make any changes to the schedule when needed. THSA is an invaluable resource, both with their teaching expertise and also building the children's confidence. The fees are also very reasonable priced.

Profs has been a great company and have given me great tutors. Huge credit much go to Peter who hired the right tutor to help me pass my 2 reassessment modules from 2nd year. It is allowed me to progress to 3rd year and I will continue using Profs. It is a tutoring company that I recommend to any university student. Peter will always find the most efficient solution to any student who is worried or concerned with their studies.

I am absolutely delighted with the support and service that has been shown to myself and my children by all of the members that, i have met within the THSA tutoring group. Both my children are thoroughly enjoying their learning and i have been totally impressed with how their tutors and Peter have gone out of their way to ensure that they are truly benefitting. Finding the right tutor for my daughter was crucial. Peter is fantastic, we spoke at first about how to get the best out of her. He listened, adapted and my daughter is thoroughly enjoying her sessions, I will even go so far to say she looks forward to them. Completing homework has always been a challenge especially writing more than four lines. Peter has encouraged her to write him a story, so far she has written more than two sides of A4 and it is a brilliant story. He has sparked a new enthusiasm for English in her. He is a brilliant tutor who makes the lessons fun and engaging. Highly recommend him.
