Crochet Moses basket kit
I bought the Moses basket crochet kit and was so impressed with the communication, customer service , advice and help from this small independent business.
The quality of the yarn and accessories were all excellent and I am really delighted with the finished product which has been much admired.

Your digital pattern should have been sent in your order confirmation email direct from the website once you purchased it and is available there for download. If you can’t find it (please also check your spam/junk folder), feel free to email me directly at support@threelittlecubs.co.uk and I’ll make sure it is resent.
Apologies as well for missing your message on social media, sometimes messages end up in request folders which I dont get notifications for.

The best crochet kit ever
The kit I bought took a little time to arrive but was well worth the wait. Everything I needed to make the nappy caddy was included in the kit. The correct amount of yarn, the base and even the correct size crochet hooks. Communication with the company was excellent and the pattern was sent via email along with how to tutorials.

Easy pattern to work up.
I love your pattern. Easy to understand and the video tutorials are very helpful. Thank you for helping me make an heirloom piece to pass on amongst my grandchildren.
I had to source my products from the US and the company recommended for the wood base was awesome to work with. Thank you for the recommendations and guidance.

Your order on 8th March was for a digital pattern, which is delivered by email rather than by post. The download link was included in your order confirmation email, which you replied to asking where your order was. I emailed you back with a screenshot and explanation on how to download your pattern.
I did not hear back from you after sending this email, other than this 1-star review being left, so I assumed you were still unable to download your pattern. I then emailed you a screen recording showing step-by-step how to access the download.
Our system now shows that the pattern has since been downloaded multiple times, which indicates the digital pattern has been successfully accessed.
