Arrived next day and great quality looks lovely on the bed

Arrived really quick. Looks just like it did online. Not opened it yet as it's for a present.

Ordered a King quilt set which arrived within days, it was unfortunately not the one I ordered. All my emails were responded to in quick, polite and efficient manner. The correct quilt cover was received, again, in a matter of days. I can’t fault the quality of the goods or the customer service. Will definitely buy again.

Brilliant ordered the wrong set by accident they changed it straight away for me no problem also came though post earlier then expected new bedding is good quality and so comfy will be definitely ordering from them again

Great Product and Delivered well on Time, Can Not Fault it.

One item, out of 3, not delivered, despite stating on the packing contents label. No prior notification or reason.
Eventually, after complaint messages, was told 'manufacturing error' but offered no alternative or substitute.
Very slow to respond, particularly on chat line (!), and on emails.
Shan't use again!

Excellent! Beautiful duvet covers. (Have bought three from Threadnine!) Great customer service, too. Quick, friendly, went to endless trouble to supply exactly the duvet I wanted.

Avoid. Sent completely the wrong item. Phone number on website disconnected. Chat function on website was dismissive. Support email was in ridiculous garbled English and didn't even address my complaint. Possibly the worst thing I've dealt with this year. Including covid.

The quilt set arrived in good time, but the picture used to advertise showed matching checked pillowcases. I would have purchased the pillowcases but could not find them on the website, I am disappointed I could not have the full bedset as advertised.
