I had a nice experience but one sweatshirt is far too big. Carhartt sweatshirt is so big that it’s not wearable.

We are a small family run construction company. We had ordered some logo'd baseball hats for our field team. The hats were produced and shipped quickly.

When we received the order, the logo was slightly off center (1/8") on a few of the hats. I reached out to Heather, she had me send a few pictures of the hats, and agreed to send us additional hats right away to correct the issue.

As any operational manager will tell you....Shit happens. It's how you resolve the problem thats separates the amateurs from the professionals.
