Thomas James Bespoke Kitchens Bewertungen

Our journey with Thomas James began with Mandy, who was very approachable and friendly and organised a visit by Matthew, their architect/designer.
Matthew is hugely talented and professional and really listened to our ideas and requirements and observed how we used both kitchen and utility room. He was able to guide us in terms of improved layout, appliances, finishes etc. When we visited the showroom, we were truly amazed to see an enhanced version of our dream kitchen in all its glory.
Our talented fitters, Jimmy and Adam, were superb - their attention to detail was impressive and they were genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. The worktops were expertly fitted by a very skilled workforce all resulting in a fabulous, bespoke yet highly functional kitchen and utility room.
I never thought my long held vision could be a reality but Thomas James absolutely delivered us the kitchen our home deserves which we will enjoy for many many years.

The team has been incredible and the finish of my kitchen is beyond. Everything was made to perfection and totally handmade and bespoke. You can really see and feel the quality of the craft. Everything ran smoothly and I'm pleased with everything.

Having looked around many other Kitchen showrooms & undertaken extensive research, we knew immediately when we walked into Thomas James that we were in the ideal place for what we wanted. We were greeted by Mandy who was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We very quickly decided to use them based primarily on the fact that they offer a completely bespoke product on the kitchen units which could be manufactured by them to our exact needs. Mandy paired us with head designer Andrew who did a superb job in fully understanding the 3 design boards we took in and added his own expertise & flair to create an volcano of ideas which delivered what could only be described as a dream kitchen. The installation team were highly skilled craftsmen who turned up bang on time and did an incredible job. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish from a fantastic group of genuinely nice people who went above & beyond whenever required and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone seeking a similar dream.

Our experience with Thomas James has been incredible. I’d been searching high and low for a kitchen company that could help me design a more elevated take on a shaker-style kitchen, and they absolutely nailed it.

From the outset, Andrew was endlessly patient — even taking phone calls with my children occasionally screaming in the background. And during our calmer conversations, he was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. We never actually met in person, as we were in London and the kitchen was for our home in Gibraltar, but I put my trust in Thomas James, and they exceeded every expectation.

The team flew out during the summer holidays to fit the kitchen, returned later to paint, and even came back again after it had been used for a month to carry out some touch-ups. That’s when I finally met Tom, James and Stuart — the kindest, most professional and talented team, truly committed to delivering a beautiful final result.

We absolutely love our kitchen and have received so many compliments on it. The whole team has been an absolute pleasure to work with, so much so that we’re now looking into having them design more furniture for our home.

Thomas James have been outstanding from start to finish with our kitchen. Andrew the designer was very patient with our many(!) back and forths on the design and was very accommodating with everything we requested when choosing our layout and our dream kitchen has become our reality. It exactly what we wanted and more!
The fitters were amazing, so friendly and tidy and we couldn’t fault anything they did. Anything that needed fixing or changing they saw to it straight away. Gary was our main contact for organising everything and he was always so professional and responsive. The whole team have been fantastic and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone!!

From start to finish, our experience with Thomas James has been exceptional. We now have a very high quality, wonderful new bespoke kitchen and utility room that have made a huge impact on our way of life as a family and our quality of life.

Andrew, the designer was extremely patient and very welcoming when we visited the design studio in Wilmslow developing the designs for our new kitchen and utility room. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us so well and was very supportive through the whole design process. Nothing has been too much trouble for Andrew and the rest of the Thomas James team and the whole team have been so professional throughout the design, planning and fitting process.
Gary and his kitchen fitting team were wonderful too and were so courteous, professional and the attention to detail has been second to none. All our friends and family say our new kitchen and utility are stunning and love the new living space we have now.
We would definitely recommend Thomas James Bespoke as a Company to go to for first class service and beautiful designs, they are a wonderful company.

So impressed with everyone at Thomas James. From the initial design consultation through to the installation and completion, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new kitchen, and everyone who has seen it is blown away. We would certainly highly recommend Thomas James.

Very impressed with my new kitchen
Superb finish and design
Many thanks to the team

From the design to the installation Thomas James were brilliant to work with. The attention to detail throughout was exceptional and it was a pleasure to have their team in our home.

The finished kitchen was beyond our expectations. Excellent quality and value for money.

Should probably start with other people’s feedback. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space.

From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians.

The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting a kitchen of your dreams

I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas James Bespoke for my kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Andrew, our designer, was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic guidance throughout the process. Our project manager, Gary, was always on hand to guide us through the installation, ensuring everything went smoothly. The whole team was professional and attentive from start to finish. I highly recommend Thomas James Bespoke for anyone looking to elevate their space and lives.

Highly recommend!
In my opinion, every member of the team is the best in their field - from designer, to carpenters and painters!
After care is second to none. Every tiny detail is scrutinised once finished to get a first class quality finish.

We couldn’t recommend TJ any more highly. We were warmly welcomed in the showroom, where we went through a host of design options until we found the perfect kitchen layout. The cost was surprisingly competitive, the quality of installation outstanding, followed by great aftercare. Thanks to the whole team!

Five star service from design through to construction, fitting and aftercare - thank you to all the team at Thomas James for our beautiful kitchen!

Thank you to everyone at Thomas James for our stunning kitchen! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish; with designer Andrew, creating and refining our vision. Martin, who meticulously fitted the kitchen whilst being constantly pestered by our dog. And Tom, who went above and beyond for us.
We would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone looking for a bespoke kitchen; friendly staff, high standard of finish and craftsmanship, and transparency.
