Have purchased a few items from Thomas the Goldsmith and have had a few bespoke pieces made and never disappointed. They have also mended a couple of pieces for me and always a first class service. Lovely to go into also and nothings a bother.

Dropped off my 41 year old engagement ring for repair and cleaning. David promised me it would be like new again. I didn’t believe him but he was absolutely right! Not only that but it was estimated to take 2 weeks but was ready in 2 days!! Very reasonably priced too! Thank you!

I have used Thomas Goldsmiths several times, one for extending the length and changing the clasp on a sentimental necklace to make it easier to open. The other times were to (white) gold dip my tarnished rings. I collected both rings today and they are like new. The staff were friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I wanted something very special for my birthday that all my friends and family had contributed to. I had an idea in my head but couldn’t find anything just right. Ellen helped me articulate what I wanted and designed & made my necklace. No hassle, no faff, just perfect. Can’t thank you enough.

I have just collected 3 beautiful new rings that were made from 3 old rings that had a lot of sentimental value. Ellen was amazing and took lots of time to help me and my two daughters design our new rings! Her manner and professionalism were brilliant. Thank you so much - these rings will be treasured and worn lots as opposed to lying in a jewellery box!

Lovely staff, great fast service and very reasonably priced

We had a fantastic time. We made two silver rings, as practice, and then our two wedding rings. We used a range of tools, all expertly supervised by David Thomas. It wad a creative and meaningful time amd we had fun.

They are the only people i trust with it, the services is excellent and my ring always comes back like the day I got it!
