This review is simply about the service from "This Tribe" - in one word, 'superb'. Easy to navigate website, prompt response to a question; the item I was looking for had been withdrawn as TT were not happy with the product quality. Instead, they suggested a similar product, a Snugpack jacket. The jacket is lovely; warm, reasonably hard wearing, and as comfortable to cut about town in as it as out on the hills, or my back garden (very large, very exposed, in he heart of the Lakes).

Hugely recommended.

Ordered everything, and received within one day, all neatly packed in a box. Had trouble ordering one item, but when I e-mailed them about it, they sorted the problem out straight away. The products are all very good quality also.

I thoroughly recommend The Tribe, they stock some of the best quality items and all at reasonable (most of the time the best) prices.
My son is in the army but needed a new softie coat, after searching the web i came across the Tribe and liked the idea they are run by ex military and police.
Found what i was looking for and it was at least 10% cheaper than most other stockists.
Delivery was fast and the communications by email were great, letting me know exactly what stage my order was at.
