Our aim is to provide a zero waste environment for our customers, offering refill stations on bulk goods, household and personal toiletries, as well as ethical vegan make up, perfume and accessories. We work with a local farm to offer fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, and a zero waste florist for beautiful flowers without the cellophane! Did we mention we offer great coffee and breakfast? Bring a cup or container (or use our compostable ones) and take away, or come and hang out with us in store in our comfy seating area! Whether you are looking for an eco solution to your shopping or a place to chill with some like minded individuals, we have it covered. Want home delivery? Ate there yesterday had the vegan tart , cake 🍰, hot chocolate coffee
So relaxing , the staff there are so wonderful and friendly and attentive and make sure everyone is happy 😃 even provide little toys 🧸 when some of the little ones got upset

My review is all about the cake! 🍰 What to do when your boyfriend is turning 40 in Lockdown and isn't a fan of traditional birthday cake 🤔 Contact The Zero Waste Company of course! 😀 They welcomed my request to purchase an entire Scandinavian carrot cake and even delivered it to my door. It was HUGE and did not disappoint. Incredibly moist with just the right mix of spice and the addition of apple. The cake stayed fresh for well over a week, allowing us to make several doorstep drop offs to family & friends - not quite the 40th celebrations we'd hoped for but the numerous video calls/cake & fizz sessions were a highlight.
Excellent value for money, would highly recommend and hoping the boyf has taken the hint as my birthday is next 😉

We dropped in for a coffee and some groceries. The woman behind the till was friendly and explained the zero waste concept of the shop. It is our new favourite place to stop and shop!
What a lovely shop - both in terms of concept and execution. The team has really gone out of their way to combine sustainability with high quality produce and friendly service. We need more great places like this in the local Tunbridge Wells area.
Love this shop. It's a real gem in Tunbridge Wells with the best coffee! Amazing food at the cafe, chilled vibes and super friendly staff. And on top of all that, everything is ethically sourced. Definitely give this place a try!
I think my dog loves the shop more than I do, he gets so spoiled every time he walks through the door! I love that it’s pet friendly and so human friendly too! Really lovely staff who can’t do enough to help you. Great addition to TW.
I’ve been looking for an easy and ethical way to shop for some time. Whatever you buy you know it’s respecting supply chains, ethically sourced, local where possible and plastic free. It’s sometimes hard to commit, life isn’t perfect, but it’s worth the effort and the team there are only too willing to help. Oh and the coffee is the best in Tunbridge Wells!
A beautiful shop and cafe. I often go in for a coffee and one of their delicious cakes or pastries. They have a great selection of products and the staff are very helpful.
