Screen never arrived, and my emails are being ignored. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Shame on the social media websites to allow a scam product to be advertised.

Be aware, do NOT buy from this company.
Credit Card company issued me a refund whilst they investigate.

Like the others I also ordered a screen which never arrived, and the delivery updates disappeared. Avoid - it is a scam. Ordered approx 8 weeks ago now....

SCAMMERS ... Ordered Triple screen 15.6 Pro Max.
Given tracking info by Shippy Express which after a whole load of fake updates has also disappeared.
The merchant lists themselves as a clothing accessories company.
Be careful if buying anything from Instagram!!

AVOID - Everybody have already said what I wanted to say it’s a scam.

Seems to be a scam - trying to get my money back.

I was also scammed after buying from the Instagram ad. No response from the company and website/shipping disappeared. I raised a dispute with my bank and they have refunded the money thankfully.

Complete scam. Item ‘lost in transit’ offered another. Emails appeared well written and reasonable. The website then goes down!!! Complete scam. Avoid!

Sadly I have also been duped. Used my credit card to pay for it so have now raised it with my card company to dispute it to see if I can get the money back. I bought mine on 11th September.

This is a scam. Payed for a Triple Aero and it never arrived.

Scam. I also bought via the instagram advert. The original item apparently got lost in transit. I was offered either a refund or new package, so accepted the new package and was given shipping info, but now the website and tracking all unavailable. AVOID!

It is a scam. The tracking information and the company altogether lixoval.com disappeared altogether.

I'm trying to get my money back by raising a dispute with my credit card issuer American Express. Thanks to Amex I'll be receiving a chargeback.

Sadly while I was on the hook, I got better customer service and correspondence than any legitimate company in the UK

I paid for a triple monitor which has not arrived from Wroocs and the Shippy delivery site also no longer exists. I was enticed via shopify. I will stick to Amazon from now on.

Avoid. I've been ripped off the same as lots of people. I ordered the triple monitor system like many others Simply didn't send the item. Anyone got any advice as to how to get my money back?

So I have just seen everyone else’s reviews and I also had special offer of clearance sale for the triple monitor setup on instagram 🫣

How does Instagram get away with allowing scammers to post paid ads that people get scammed with when they clearly have payment details for the people that paid for these ads!

I feel humiliated that, despite doing my due diligence checks, I didn’t take the extra step of checking Trustpilot before placing the order. I ended up ordering two screens, and initially, the shipment code and tracking updates seemed genuine. However, both websites have now suddenly disappeared.

When I checked through scam-reporting communities, I discovered that these websites were only launched a couple of months ago and are already shut down. It’s extremely disheartening to see how easily such fraudulent e-commerce sites can scam people without any effective legal framework or accountability in place.

This experience has left me frustrated, not only at the personal loss but also at the realisation that consumers remain so vulnerable online, with very little protection against such scams.

Scam. Ordered a Triple Aero Pro Monitor and now the "Thewroocs.com" web site and the "Shippy Express" shipping company sites are down.

I don't expect anything will be turning up. Glad it was just £50...

Bought 2 triple screen monitors but they never arrived, and company website now seems to be offline. Wish Facebook would offer better protection for these kind of scams, but lesson learnt to fully check out the website and Trustpilot for reviews for anything that looks a bit too good value to be true...
