Superb little business…
This little business is five star on everything, including customer service. Had a delivery issue (royal mail lost the parcel) and both Charlotte and Dan were on it as soon as I queried a delay in expected delivery and replaced my order. It makes a massive difference to a tiny business and I'm so grateful that the order has been replaced without quibble.
Beautiful products, beautiful packaging and first class in every way.
