Had courtesy car alloy repaired today looked better than the originals great job great service thanks

I contacted them via WhatsApp. I screenshot photos of my alloys that needed refurbing with a photo of what I wanted from their IG page. I wanted my calipers doing too and sent a photo of what colour i wanted. I was given the breakdown of the costs. All in one colour and calipers £435 or diamond cut alloys with a black oil change and calipers for £505. I chose to pay £505 and get the diamond cut and calipers. I paid £40 deposit and secured a date for 2 months time.

On the day i dropped my car off, I was informed my alloys could not be refurbished with a diamond cut due to extensive damage. I chose to get an all in one colour change instead with my calipers. When I collected my car, i paid and left. After a busy day I realised when I got home that I overpaid by £70. I paid £505 instead of £435. When I WhatsApped them, I was told because my calipers had glitter in the colour, I had to pay £45 extra on top and they started talking about colour packages and a 3 colour change system and what i paid covered the additional costings. The cheek. At the time of the booking the photo I sent had glitter in the calipers, there was no mention of an additional £45 charge. On the day i dropped my car, I confirmed I wanted glitter, again, no mention of an additional charge either. None of this was mentioned before hand which really upset me. I repeatedly said I was only paying for what I agreed to, there was no mention of additional costings, we were going back and fourth, it took 4 days to get my £70 overpayment back, i felt like i was begging in the end. Extremely poor customer service. I really loved my alloys but the experience of this has ruined it. Please take care when booking.

From start to finish Wheel Wizards customer service was 10/10. I contacted them several times with regards to re-painting my callipers & disks. Never in a hurry, always listened to your suggestions & gives honest feedback. The work was carried out within a full day, the guys explained to me the process (putting my mind at rest) Finally the workmanship was superb & I was extremely pleased with the finished product. Had been thinking about a refurb of my damaged alloys for some time.
Contacted Callum at Wheel Wizard in Coventry.
Callum requested I forward some images of the alloys in their present condition which I did. A price was provided and Callum explained what work was required.
I was most pleased with the work undertaken. The alloys look brand new and the work was completed within the timescales quoted!
Callum is genuine, knowledgeable and has a very good focus on customer service.

Callum came to my house to change my brake callipers colour. His knowledge and experience with all products used and processes in his area of expertise was fantastic for such a young lad! He was really friendly and you can tell he is highly passionate at what he does (even if it’s raining and cold outside). I am already looking into what other work he can do to my S5. Callipers on my Audi A5 Cabriolet needed some attention. Got in touch with Callum to enquire and from the get-go Callum was providing advice on what could be done, which in the end was the repainting of the four Calipers in ‘post-box red’; hubs painted and brake pads replaced . We communicated via WhatsApp exchanging images of how the callipers currently looked and potential new colour options with decals. Callum’s responses were timely and helpful. There was a delay in getting the brake pads done due to the supplier and then with me coming down with Covid, nonetheless Callum kept in touch and having just picked up the car this evening the wheels look transformed, from peeling paint on the Calipers and painted over brake pads, to now a more slick sporty look which definitely enhances the image of the vehicle.

Excellent service from Start to finish! All at the comfort of your own home. The lad that came was lovely and knowledgeable and my alloys look amazing. I had all 4 done with a colour change and wow why didn't I do them sooner! Top service.

Had corrosion on my wheels so Callum came round showed me the issues (cheap job previously) and re did my wheels how I wanted them . excellent service by a young lad that clearly cares for his customer .
