After getting all 4 of my alloys refurbished at the Leicester branch, which was an ok job. Upon collecting my car and driving away, I noticed a dent on my door which was NOT there before dropping it off. You don’t go to a wheel specialist and expect your car to be damaged, hence why I didn’t notice the dent straightaway.
I had to pay £70 to get it taken out so significantly out of pocket. Would not recommend.

What an excellent company. Had all four wheels refurbished on my audi tt all of which were badly curbed. Now they are all as new. Thanks to all the guy's for doing a fantastic job I could not be happier thanks. Would highly recommend.

Although having all wheels refurbished recently an unfortunate accident meant I had to return to have both n/s wheels done again. The team managed to book me in very quickly to have the 2 wheels done and they are fantastic. Great service as usual. Thank you very much.

I had 4 buckled wheels, thought I was going to have to write them off but somehow the wheel specialists saved them.....They look absolutely brand new now. The staff are amazing, very friendly, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I hit an object in the road that couldn’t be avoided. I was left with two buckled wheels which caused a horrible rumble in the car. I took my car to the wheel specialist in Fareham for them to look at. On arrival the young lady in reception was very helpful and polite. I was only booked in for an inspection of the wheels but less than an hour later both wheels had been straightened by the team, everyone there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their jobs. The price was very fair and saved me a fortune with not having to buy two new wheels. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service and quality I received at The Wheel Specialist Fareham.

Had a great service from these guys, until i went to collect my car. One of the wheel nut covers was missing. I told them before I leaving their premises, only to be told ‘it was missing when we got it’, which definitely was not the case. They said they would get one and send it, then they said they have found my original. I found that odd, considering they said it wasn’t even one the car in the first excuse. I was then asked to come and collect, which is nowhere near me, then they would post it, then they said they would drop it off. Then their van broke down, but the van driver had posted, then they found it in van. Then they would post again. It took about a month to get it back from th time of collecting the car. The job overall was perfect, but massively let down by excuses galore, when something went wrong.

Professional but had a problem with the locking wheel nut and over recommended tyre pressure

Going from a nightmare of nearly going to a garage that claims to be wheel specialists... to the ACTUAL wheel specialists! These guys from the first initial email to a phone call back within a couple of hours. Explained the issue over the phone and had the quote. First gasp... the price was real decent. Booking in the car, they work around you, which I found fantastic considering where I'm located. Booked in.
Come today. Arrived at 0805. Entered the reception. What a great welcome. Mark is a true gent. We talked about the issue again, even had some good chit chat, and a neverending smile. He talked through the process and that they will look after my car.
1440. Call to say they're done and to come at my own pace as they close at 1700.
Arrived, and theres my car ready and waiting. That smile still greeting us and even the friendliest of hellos.
They've made a customer for life today. Great people and great company I will admit.

Called in to get one rim repaired and was offered an excellent deal on a refurb on the whole set including the repair! id been thinking about a colour change so this made total sense , done quickly and with an awesome finish thanks to Mark for the offer an the excellent service.

Would like to say a massive that you to the Jake and the lads at westerhope branch. Took my wheel in to be refurbished on 21/11/25 got my wheel back on the Saturday morning, as i was taking my wheel out to the van my hand slipped off the wheel and the wheel hit the deck face down which scuffed my wheel worse then it was when it came into the shop, I spoke to Jake on the following monday and he told me to bring it back in can’t thank these lads enough for their customer service and to be honest they didn’t have to sort me out as it was my fault but there was no hesitation from them and my wheel is back to looking amazing. Also when a picked my wheel back up they made me stand well clear and put in on my truck for me hahaha. Thanks once again to all the staff at westerhope branch much appreciated

TWS Openshaw Manchester are really efficient. They did a great job which exceeded my expectations in a very short time frame. Not often you get great service these days, but I did at The Wheel Specislist Manchester

The wheel looks fine and they seem to have fixed the leaky rim. BUT they sent me home, a 30 minute drive, with a leaky valve which meant that for at least 20 minutes I was driving with the TPMS warning and the pressure was down to 10.
I had to get help from my son in law to get the wheel off and the spare put on.
The next day they fixed the valve and kindly told me they would not be charging for the replacement, but refused any other compensation in spite of the huge inconvenience and potential danger from the nearly flat tyre.
I’m not happy and would not recommend them for their customer relations.

Dropped my wheel off and the repair was completed quickly. Quality of (weld) repair is good too.

Following receipt of a quote I rang and spoke to Mark who was extremely helpful throughout the experience providing a professional service from start to finish. I had all 4 wheels colour changed to gloss black and must say the guys have done an amazing job. Highly recommend this company.
