Put 1 alloy in for a diamond cut refurb, first time they had damaged the wheel on tyre machine putting the tyre back on with a 3 inch long scratch. Left it it to be done again, bearing in mind I have now lost a cut on that alloy. Went back to pick it up the next day and there was a black mark on the diamond cut edge, in exactly the same place as where it had been damaged, where apparently black stuff had come out of the lacquer gun, that I'm assuming only ever has lacquer in it.?? The technician who damaged my wheel initially replied I didn't do it on purpose and had to be pushed to apologise, couldn't have cared less I had to take another day to mess around with it. Found my centre cap from my wheel stored under the trolley jack🤮. If you care about your car being looked after don't take it here. Jodie the person from front of house couldn't have been more apologetic and offered me the wheel free of charge and 3 others free and also some care products which was as much as she could do but I'm afraid I've lost all confidence in the place. The attitude of the technician just really destroyed any trust I had in them taking care or my car. Edited this review as the response to email head office is a trustpilot auto response. Emailed head office about poor service, herd nothing.

I Had my vw caddy wheels diamond cut just over 12 months ago i noticed that they were starting to blemish I was asked to bring the van on for them to have a look at after inspection they said they would do them again if I just paid for 1 which i agreed with so the van was booked in the wheels re done and they are back to being brand new again excellent service and good customer service 😁

Second time using the Wheel Specialist. Not only an excellent repair, I would like to thank Leola for the excellent communication and changing the amount of wheels to repair very quickly. The main dealerships could learn a lot!

Left waiting for an hour and a half after being what time to pick up.All the wheel weights fell off straight away had to go back for re balancing now they have come off again can’t get in today as they are not answering the phone avoid!

On visiting the premises at Cwmbran I was greeted with a very helpfully receptionists called Rachael, she looked at the existing condition of my spare wheel and gave me a quote straight away, I accepted and the wheel was taken from my car and said it will be ready in three days.
On my return, the wheel was brought from the repair shop and it looked brand new, not a flaw in the workmanship perfect in every way.
I paid for the service and again Rachael took the wheel to my car.
What a service by all 10 out of 10.

I wanted my Volvo XC60 wheels refurbished, so I visited my local branch in Swansea & was greeted by Adrian. He was extremely friendly & polite also very professional throughout.
Everything was faultless, the finish, wheels balanced, tyre pressures, tyres dressed & when I checked with my torque wrench when I got home, all 4 wheels were exactly correct. All the staff were also polite. If like me you are very fussy about your vehicle, then don’t bother looking around, just go to these guys.

I contacted The Wheel Specialist, Garforth and spoke with Sophie on the phone, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and simply easy to deal with.
Having said that, all the staff I subsequently dealt with were very polite and helpful.

I wanted four wheel without tyres refurbishing, powder coating silver and then four tyres which I had purchased fitted and balanced.

I was given a good price and took my wheels in. Within a few days 12th August I was collecting my fully refurbished wheels fitted with my new Bridgestone tyres. I have to say they look great an excellent job by a very professional outfit.

I can't praise this team enough and would recommend them to anyone who wants their wheels repairing.

Service from booking to collection was very professional, with excellent communication.

The customer service and quality of work was excellent. From confirming the quote and answering all of my questions, to keeping me informed on the day, Leola was brilliant at ensuring I knew exactly what was going on. I ended up needing all four wheels straightened in addition to the refurbishment; however, I was kept up to date in real-time with videos showing the buckling that needed rectified. This made the decision much easier.

I'm super pleased with the result and would recommend the wheel specialist to anyone.
