Bowled over by how good this company is. Ordered spare wheel for Nissan Juke. Description was absolutely correct. From a used car but wheel was new. And it was. Totally unused. Arrived in three days as well. Thank you WheelShop.

I WAS IN. THEY ARE NOT SEEN ON THE VIDEO DOOR BELL. BUT I HAVE A CARD SAYING DELIVERED TO NEXT DOOR.

THEY DID DELIVER TO NEXT DOOR BUT COLLECTED THE PARCEL SAYING THEY HAD DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDESS

Called them to enquire about a new rim and tyre, took all details and in minutes they said they would despatch, phoned back and ordered another tyre no issues at all excellent service. Despatched by DHL arrived the next day. Would highly recommend this company and their customer service,

So contacted them and very quickly got an itemised list of my needs via emails. 4-5 days. I emailed twice and phoned 3 times no response from them at all. I left messages, but again no one got back to me.After 10 days I heard from DHL that they had received my spare wheel. Appalling service.

Vorige week online een thuiskomer besteld voor onze Toyota Yaris. De bestelde versie was niet voorradig. Kreeg gelijk per mail alternatieven aangeboden.
Gisteren zijn we op de locatie geweest en een originele Toyota Yaris reservewiel/thuiskomer incl krik enz gekocht.

Having suffered a puncture on my Fabia and not wishing to use the spare wheel/space saver substitute of foam and compressor, I ordered a spare wheel from the Wheel Shop on Tuesday evening and received it on Thursday. So from first point of contact amazing..... I had to get a space saver wheel and tool kit before my taxi mot. Just after 9am I rang them I picked up the wheel within the hour.
