I’m reaching out from the team here at Weight Loss Guru Ltd. We truly value each of our clients and are proud of the positive impact we aim to have on their health and well-being. Every year, we help around a thousand clients lose weight, which can contribute to reducing serious health issues such as high blood pressure, cancers, obesity, diabetes, infertility, sleep apnea, depression, and joint pain.
We are very grateful for the over 220 reviews on Google, which reflect the trust and appreciation our clients have shown us. We understand that there are currently two fake reviews on there by names we've neither met nor heard of, and Google is currently reviewing these reviews with our lawyers, as they are not genuine. Please know we are working closely with them to resolve this and to uphold the trust you’ve placed in us.
We also just recently wanted to start sharing our journey and client stories on Trustpilot because many of our clients find value in sharing their experiences there. There is just one review already on their platform before we officially partnered with them. This is the only review on there, as we haven't signed up with them yet, so we'd never seen it. It is a review from you from over a year ago.
I want to be transparent and clear because your understanding means a lot to us. Our records indicate that we issued you a full refund of £1800 for all the services you did not receive. You did not start any program with us or have any appointments with Pippa, who is so highly recommended in our reviews. It’s possible that your review was written before you received this refund, which might explain the confusion.
Regarding our videos on YouTube, all content is carefully set as ‘unlisted,’ meaning only clients we email with the links can access them. Hence, how you could. These videos have therefore never been publicly accessible, and we regularly update and refresh them to ensure they remain current and relevant. Our current ones are less than three months old. Our Tech Director is happy to speak with you to verify this, and we assure you that no one outside our client community has ever been able to view these videos, unless given access through the initial links we provided you by email. They are inaccessible to anyone else. We are copying him in on this communication so he can validate what I say, should you need him to.
We provide all clients with 21 exercise video links during the program via the emails you initially received. These are available on YouTube via the links we give only to clients. Not publicly. So, no other social media is required in any way, but we do recommend clients take advantage of the free daily posts, videos, and tips we provide on the various social media platforms. But they are free to access by the general public, not part of the package. So if we sent you any additional free exercise tips on links from social media that were not part of the package, these free daily support tips are very popular and helpful. They are available to everyone, not just clients, so they are not vital, just a free perk for all if someone chooses to follow our business on any other social media, such as Instagram or TikTok
