Trusted the Watch Professional with my grandfathers old omega watch. It was pretty battered after years of wear and tear to the point you couldn’t really wear it.
Just received the watch back, it genuinely looks brand new and is keeping perfect time.
The service was great and I was kept in the loop about progress, what work was needed and the costs involved.
Would definitely recommend and trust the watch professional with any future watch service/repairs.

I thoroughly recommend Alex and the professional service he provides. He carried out a full service and refinish on a Panerai Chrono I own which made it look brand new. Compared to premium watch brands' service centres, Alex is great value for money and provides a relatively quick turnaround.

Great experience. Alex worked hard to repair my watch, no easy task as it was a vintage chronograph that required replacement parts sourcing to complete the job. Will definitely use The Watch Professional again.

Fantastic from start to finish. I sent my Omega Seamaster to Alex for a service, bezel replacement and case refresh. Communication was great with Alex keeping me updated as to progress on a regular basis. The watch was returned as good as new, I am still amazed at how good it looks. I will definitely be using The Watch Professional again in the future

Excellent service - would thoroughly recommend. Gave him a rather tricky project (a Porsche Design with the discontinued Lemania 5100 which was in need of a lot of TLC) and he’s brought it back to life again, sourcing hard to find components whilst keeping me in the loop the whole time. Very happy.

Excellent work done by Alex. He makes it very clear from the beginning what the watch issues are (if any) and what needs to be done. Keeps you updated on the status of the service and delivers on time (when promised.)

Genuinely blown away by the quality of Alex' work. My 4 year old Tag looked tired and had started losing a little time. After a very thorough assessment within a couple of days of arriving with him, it was given a clean bill of health other than needing a clean and re-oil (plus replacing a few cheap serviceable parts). This was completed in approx. 5 weeks and returned to me looking better than new (I'm not exaggerating). Price was very reasonable, incredibly professional service, what more could you want?

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Watch Professional to anyone, and will almost certainly use again, when the time comes again for another service.

Gave Alex my watch at the beginning of January for a full service and a polish/case brighten.
Service was great and he kept me informed and updated throughout the process.

When my watch returned it was like new, i cant believe the job he done on the case brighten.

I sent The watch professional/Alex my tag carrera which was way over its service been on my wrist for 7 years and lets say it had suffered some battle scars to say the least and had stopped working also at some point had water ingress as the crown wheel had rusted. From the outset the communication was second to non telling me he had recieved the watchthen onto assesing my watch within 24hrs of recieving it and gave me a quote including some parts which during covid 19 took longer of no fault to Alex this was down to parts from Tag themselves. The watch was serviced and refinished and returned to me in a very respectable time frame with a years warranty and looking like a brand new watch cannot fault his workmanship service and communication and i would use in future in a heart beat if you need a watch servicing or anything watch related dont hesitate to drop him a line this is man is a magician..Thanks again

Found the watch professional through his blog and on instagram, where his reviews were all unanimously positive.

I needed to service and repair a roughly 10 year old Breitling Superocean that hadn't been serviced since purchase and had also stopped winding. I emailed to request a quote as I had found extortionate quotes elsewhere. Alex came back to me very quickly with an estimate and clear directions on how the process would work. From this moment on, it was an absolute joy dealing with Alex, who kept me informed at all stages from postage, his receipt of my watch, the
parts required (all reasonably priced), the service itself, payment and then the return of the watch.

My watch has now been return fully repaired and serviced and comes with a 12 month warranty to cover the work completed. I'd highly recommend this service and will myself be using it in the future for other watches in the collection.

The watch professional serviced and repaired my Tag aquaracer. I can not recommend them highly enough. The communication and service was first class. When I received my watch back it looked as good as new. I have other watches that I will certainly pass on to Alex to work on. Thanks again Alex

I was a little apprehensive sending an expensive watch through the post to someone I have never met.
I needn't have worried.
The communication from Alex from day one was spot on.
At approximately half the price of a service from a main dealer I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to friends and family in the future.

I sent Alex my favourite watch (a Bell & Ross) that had been gaining time recently. I received a provisional report with photos very soon after followed by regular updates and the watch is now back on my wrist and working perfectly following a complete strip down, service and thorough testing.
