Don't shop at a business that is part of medical segregation. Their sales are down and now and so they are bringing in forced medical procedures on their staff, which will intern mean customers have to have the jab. Own body, own choice.
The jab does not protect you from getting, nor spreading it. It's efficacy diminish in time which will mean more jabs to keep your job. Stop supporting illegal mandates in business and shop small and local.

Terrible website and support options. Employees at the store wrongly billed me 3 times in 10 days.

Disgraceful customer service because there was no ability to call a store (rang out), 0800 number was 1 hr wait, online chat was turned off, emailed and auto reply said 6-10 days to get response! Such a big business, shame on you for letting customers down.

Sold a faulty item, store won't give me a refund. Customer service and communication is very poor. Won't be shopping with this company again

Online shopping. Impossible to get through on the phone. 10 days and still not received small item even when Warehouse is close by our house. Online chat extremely slow to respond and only reiterated the standard delivery times and then cut me off. Useless service

I think your service is absolutely DISGUSTING. After having multiple issues with my VEON TV which I paid for extended warranty and was assured by a staff member at Henderson Warehouse that my details were online and I would not need my receipt my TV eventually died. I had contacted you guys right in the beginning of purchase about the issues and there are so many bad reviews online for VEON.

Then after contacting you guys and speaking to MULTIPLE people over the space of four weeks, I was advised:

The Store in question would contact me to remedy it
I would be able to speak to Veon to remedy it
A regional Manager would remedy it
And Head Office would remedy it.

Not a SINGLE one of those people remedied it, nor even took the courtesy of contacting me to say hey we won't be replacing or fixing your TV.

The WORST SERVICE I have ever received. I will be telling absolutely everyone I know about this, and writing poor reviews for the Warehouse online.

You can probably find multiple contacts from me on your system. What a joke you guys are.

Absolutely disastrous.
I bought a single item back in 2020, it's now been nearly 6 months and it has still not arrived. that wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except that I have sent the company five emails, none of which they have ever responded to. As far as I am concerned, they have stolen my money. Do not fall for this scam company.

I ordered gym equipments last month. Website said - order will be delivered by 7-10 business days And It’s February and I have still not received my order. Shipment is coming from Christchurch.. Overseas orders are way faster than ordering locally. Very bad

Do not buy a warehouse mobile simcard if you have and older Apple phone as their sim cards do not work in them.
They have been aware of this issue since the beginning and the only solution they offer when you have a problem is to go back, get a sim swap sim card, ring them and ask for the number to be transferred to that
This is stupid, inconvenient, and they offer no compensation
The technical side of this mobile company should have sorted this out long before now and should be ashamed of themselves

Do you not use their click and collect ,shocking communication .complete silence both times had to chase up try and find out where my orders were.they have no idea what they’re doing.

To be able to get hair products, makeup and toiletries at much reduced prices is very important to me, as a super annuitant.

I find The Warehouse to be very good in general, and here’s why:

They deliver goods quite promptly. For example, I have sometimes had goods arrive the day after I’ve purchased them online, which is wonderful and it shows they value their customers! I’ve had no issues ever with them in that regard.

You can also get some great deals via The Warehouse and you can often grab yourself a bargain or two through them.

A couple of minor issues I’ve had with them are as follows...
Their customer service can be a bit hit and miss at times, such as taking quite a while to respond to emailed queries. The aren’t always that easy to get hold of, but they are always polite and professional when they do respond and then they are pretty quick after that to sort any issues out. Another minor annoyance is that they don’t always pack things very smartly when they send goods out. What I mean by this is that you can sometimes receive a huge box with just one small product inside of it. Or, on the other hand, you might receive a large item that’s been so tightly packed that it could be easy to damage the item trying to unpack it.

Overall though, minor issues aside, I like the Warehouse because of the large variety of goods that they sell, their generally low prices and frequent bargains, and their prompt delivery of goods. Four stars.

Ordered a $160 product 3 weeks ago and still have not received. Apparently this has not even been sent to me as the Warehouse are selling items they do not even have in stock. Made numerous phone calls and emails - all diverted overseas. Now out of pocket and no product and absolutely NO help and NO refund. Shocking service. Buyer beware.

Buy here often, alot of bargains to scoop up, if online buying they send from many warehouses if they don’t have it in stock at 1. so if u have a lot of items brought they will likely be split in different packages.They have an app that helps easy fast to use.

I have been shopping there for more than 15 years. The $1.25 cleaning spray is great quality, equal to the $6 supermarket stuff and smells great. The money back guarantee is usually cheerfully processed, although the prices are so good I usually don't take them up and just donate if I change my mind. Just watch the discounted clearance makeup section. Last year they were selling old Revlon and Covergirl makeup and they were VERY expired. Some of the batch codes for the Revlon colorstay palettes were 6 years old, and the Covergirl mascaras 5 years old I purchased. They smelt very off and were dried up and did not work. Also, in November I noticed that an entire display of W7 cheek compacts were shattered and complained to a staff member. Its now late December, and they have still done nothing about it. They are still selling them broken for full price with no sign and half the display has been sold. I can just imagine how many people were disappointed when they got home and found makeup powder exploded all over the floor when they opened it up...I think a bit more staff training is required.
