The Hillcrest branch electron8cs department is understaffed and utterly useless. And understocked. Would never use again.

Really bad customer service I got a shock from an item and they have told me they are more then happy to sort it but taken nearly two weeks and still noting.unfair I was hurt

I was at the warehouse Sylvia park and I had the most terrible experience. I requested the customer service assistant to check on a product item and they said they have three items left. So I requested them to help me look for it but I was sanding there for so long but no one was there to tell me whether they are attending to it or not. I felt like my request was forgotten so I had to go to the counter to ask whether someone is looking for it or not. Then they checked and told me that someone is looking for it but then for another 15mins had no update at all. After several attempted to get an update and after waiting for longer than 40mins, they said they have it but there is no one to climb and get it for me. Absurd. (to give context I visited the branch at around 3pm on a Sunday)

This mobile service has been a huge disappointment. The signal is weak in most areas, and I constantly experience dropped calls and slow internet speeds. Even in places where they claim to have coverage, the connection is unreliable

Went to get some toys for my kids. It was going well until I got in line and to my suprise, another customer (with kids) started cursing about me for "cutting in line" and proceeded to self-checkout. She wasn't even standing close to the line, she was in another aisle, and I'm no mind reader to know she was. All she had to do was tell me I cut her off and I would've apologized and let her go first. Worst part is, the cashier heard what she said and instead of stepping in to help the lady go through first or letting me know I was in the wrong, she just ended up giving me crappy customer service. Even asked her for a bag and she just placed it on the counter and walked-off to the other part of the counter. No communication, no assistance, no professionalism, just placing her personal judgement based on what she heard and allowing customers (including the other lady) to have bad experience. Some of the staff needs training.

Do not buy their cheap crappy toasted sandwich maker, it's useless.
Takes so long to toast the bread and even then, doesn't seal it properly. I've used it twice and I'm throwing it out.
Wonder if the warehouse group wonder why they're in the shit?

Tous ces sites se servent du mot "en transit" pour faire de la trésorerie avec notre argent. Le colis ne bouge plus depuis l'envoi mais eux ca ne les dérange pas. Ils savent que jamais nous ,ne repasserons commande

Warkworth lack of customer service experience in store and the next day on the phone. Both times failing to even assist me on my request for help, not from lack of knowledge or capability, nor lack of time or my requests being timely or difficult, but purely down to lack of desire or motivation to help me with what I was wanting to purchase.

Got Baited by dodgy sale signs, buy one get one half price on Lego, (excludes clearance) turns out it also excluded most of their other Lego despite having signs up everywhere as it listed the sets included on the sale on the sign and I mistakingly assumed Lego was lego

Leilani who works in the above store served me when I exchanged a product. She was very busy serving customers as well as manning the Customer Services. She was a positive person, working hard with a smile.
Leilani is a great young person who is a role model to others, and a credit to Warehouse and her family, and of course herself

Operator at checkout was more focused on talking to work colleague next in the line than speaking to actual customer, not impressed, not good enough, unprofessional, a poor example of customer service!

Thanks alot I've been waiting for my Christmas tree for over 3 weeks only to be told i will be getting a refund one week before xmas and i had to chase the store around and ring here and there to get an update still no refund im so mad.. waste my time shopping online is trash tbh.. i live remotely no more christmas trees in my small town.. now my kids have no tree this year thanks to the warehouse very unreliable lazy workers i guess. not happy at all

Selected a mobile phone at The Base store today. As the display was a cardboard piece, asked to view phone before payment which was refused. Paid. Asked assistant to open the box - phone was significantly wider and longer than the display. Asked for refund as doesn't align with Consumer Guarantees Act. Supervisor Morgan tried to refuse and then said they could only resell at a discount- thus is not my fault. Even suggested I should go somewhere else to check the phone out before buying from warehouse-

Absolute crap company never use to be this bad very incompetent staff keep lying to me about my order now feels like they trolling playing games it's very upsetting won't ever be buying from them again.

This is just a general review about The Warehouse in Petone. For the last 4 times Ive been going there the workers makes my hudband and I feel like we are about to steal. Whilst paying they literally stand and ensure that we are scanning everything. I understand there might be people stealing but this is not fair to people that hasnt stolen a thing in their life, and we always tend to pay at the first cash register so that they can see us.We ussually buy a trolley of goodies every 2nd week. I told my husband that they make me feel uncomfortable. I dont want to support them any longer. We ussually do shopping midweek so its ussually empty. Im not sure about the correct dates we were there as I discarded our receipts but put in a random date.

Bought an HP printer from Warehouse Poriirua that had to be returned for inherent faults. We even contacted HP big disappointment. Warehouse Porirua stationary kept us waiting for over an hour for service only for the 2IC to get involved who did nothing and let his staff abuse us escalating issues and then let that staff member threaten us with security to get his way
The 2IC did say later it was disappointing service and that he could only coach him for the future.
The inherent problem this printer has needed to be sent back and would take over a month to fix no refund and in the meantime had to buy another printer from Smith City.
Consumer guarantees act over a cheap printer meant nothing.
Didn't matter which way you turned zero results even a follow up call fell on deaf ears. Didn't care their actions meant no printer in the near future buy another one and no refund. Loose money. Wouldn't even let me fill in forms because the section was closed and he said this int if the 2IC.
They say Warehouse wants to change and is changing its image because of sales. We'll when does that start?
BTW Warehouse are dumping the printer .

I went in there and bought a keyboard, the back of it says that it comes with a cord to plug into the wall so the keyboard can start. It did not have the cord in it and I put the batteries in the keyboard for it to start and it didn’t start and it doesn’t work. 40 dollars. Mad

Two great staff at The Warehouse Feilding, Jodie and Crystal (sp.?) Jodie found the items I wanted, insisted on carrying them to checkout for me, waited with me then she and Crystal carried them out to my car. So helpful and friendly to a senior customer.

Hi, have an account with Warehouse Mobile. The account went down yesterday and I cannot reinstate it and it is impossible to speak to any person Anywhere isn't time going by the reviews with this company that you stood up and was counted. There are no real people running this company now if you happen to strike a chat bot they know nothing whatsoever. I need to speak to someone regarding this account. Who do I contact? No wonder The Warehouse is going down the gurgler Regards, Ken

I order razors, lynx, socks etc. To be Couriered by New Zealand Post.
When it doesn't arrive I contact them and they tell me oh lynx is dangerous it's going to take another week to deliver they did not have this listed on their site and tried to tell me it wasn't their fault I said change your delivery company!
