I ordered the product online and it was delivered very quickly, well packaged and with what I ordered.
After charging I have been using the devices daily, I like the shiatsu optionas it gives great relief with my stenosis..
Having the four devices, I can use them where I require them, shoulder, hand or back all at the same time.
All in all a great product, my boss has already bought one and a girl I go to RPM class is looking at buying one as well.

Do not buy anything from this company !
I orderedThe product in March 26 and has not arrive . Attempted to contact company three times - no phone number. All I get is the following e mail .

It is june1st and I still have not received my order . I stand by my review DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company, they do not give a shit if the product is faulty as long as they have their money. NO response to emails and dont want to give refunds. These massage rollers are available at Kmart online for $40.

The Vibit provided temporary relief for pain, and when it was working properly, I had a positive experience with the machine itself. However, the overall quality of the product was only moderate.
When I first received the machine, it included a faulty part. I contacted Vibit, and they immediately replaced it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement part also did not work, and they again quickly sent another replacement. Their customer service was initially very responsive and helpful.
However, after only several weeks of use, the machine began turning on and then immediately shutting off. I have now reached out to Vibit multiple times over the course of several weeks for assistance troubleshooting the issue. I have also sent three videos demonstrating the problem, but I have received no response.
Despite the relief the machine provided when functioning correctly, I cannot leave a positive review because the device stopped working after only one month, and customer service has become completely unresponsive.

Easy to use, it is helping me with my tennis elbow and general muscle recovery, which is very important for a professional athlete like me.

I have been suffering with chronic knee pain and currently waiting on a knee replacement..some days I haven't been able to walk around the block..I saw an ad for vitbit and thought what have I got to lose so I purchased one..the mobility I had after one use was astounding. Within a week of daily use I have been able to achieve daily 4 klm walks and my mobility is increasing daily . It is so good I purchase one for my daughter..the best thing I've purchased and has meant I have been able to stop taking pain killers daily. Highly recommend.

Well. If you want a roller coaster ride of hell, no communication whatsoever, no phone number to call. dont believe the quotes they say when they will get back to you, THEY DONT. spend over $300 and not even get your product or a tax invoice. Having to wait over a month to get your money back. Even many other people have had the same problem. Try returning it, HA YEA RIGHT. Had to go through bank and PayPal.

I was sceptical at first, but my Vibit has honestly been amazing. It’s easy to use, feels great and it’s really helped with my plantar fasciitis. I’ve noticed much less tension and discomfort in my feet, especially after being on them all day. It’s become part of my regular routine now and I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Highly recommended!

It has been a great help with reducing my knee pain and swelling. Simple to use. Very effective.

I have had sciatica for about three months and the pain is sometimes excruciating but in the short time I have had and used the Vibit it has helped quite a bit and I am experiencing a significant improvement for which I am thankful

The product arrived promptly and with clear instructions. It’s very sturdy but ergonomically designed. Seems to be having a positive impact on my plantar fasciitis after just 1 week. Other family members are also using it for glutes, legs and back so it’s getting lots of use. The charge lasts a long time which is helpful, but it also comes with its own charging cord. Highly recommend.

Ordered product on 22/04/26 on basis that it was in stock. Shortly thereafter was advised that it actually wasn’t in stock and I had to wait for a restock until early May. On 01/05/26 receive email that stock has arrived and getting ready for dispatch - then nothing. I waited a week and tried emailing company who replied a day later telling me they were investigating with the courier (news to me - I wasn’t even told it had been dispatched) and to check with the courier for an update via the supplied tracking number. Now this might have been helpful except they didn’t tell me who the courier service actually was. In summary, communications so far very poor and I haven’t even received the product (which aren’t cheap I might add). I rarely post reviews or complaints but I’m getting absolutely spammed on FB with their product and rather than buy into social media reviews which are dubious at best, I put one here. Vibit, perhaps you can respond.

I agree with all the people saying they have not received their products. I have spent $199.00 on the Vibit PULSE and nothing has been shipped out in 8 days. There is no phone number to ring them, so I’ve had to send a number of emails. Two days ago someone called Zoe emailed me to say that they’ve temporarily sold out of the Vibit PULSE and that I should have received an email telling me this, but it probably went to junk mail (it hadn’t) so I don’t believe they sent any email. Then she said more stock has arrived & it is getting packed & I will receive it in 2 working days.
Today I get an email from Ned telling me the product has been shipped out but the courier sometimes has unexpected delays or loses it. That it could take them up to 10 working days to investigate.
The tracking number they sent doesn’t even exist.
Now, I just want my $$$ back so I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

Not worth buying, it kept turning off. It is just strong vibrating, nothing special about this, as it is advertised.

Ordered over a month ago. Was advised by email 2 weeks after ordering the shipping company lost the parcel. Was then told it was resent and still have yet to receive the item and its been over 6 weeks. No shipping conformation no tracking number nothing.
Very disappointing from this company.
I would not recommend buying from them.

My delivery was super fast. This Vibit roller is fantastic. It fixed my plantar fasciitis in a short time where nothing else had worked. I work long days in retail on a hard floor so my feet take a pounding . This roller is great for relief at the end of my day. Love it. A definite must have.

Poor poor communication.
Ordered 14 days ago and only after paying a few days later was advised no stock. 30/04 receiced an email stating would receive a notification in 1 -2 business days when order would ship(been 4 days now) . Have tried to contact the contact us page and Facebook page out of desperation as need by 07/05 for birthday gift and crickets from the business. Shocking service. Can see why you dont have a contact number or retail ouylet as bet you would be getting a mouthful from many unsatisfied customers. Poor poor service vibit. DISGUSTED!!!
