Have been using 3 times a day for 5 minutes each time for 2 weeks and it has made a huge difference.Prior to using I would get out of bed put my foot on the floor and the pain was really bad after 2 weeks of using for 5 minutes 3 times a day .. Such a difference.. Grateful for the Vibit

The instructions are easy to follow. I’ve only use the products for nearly a week it’s making a difference. The electrical muscle stimulator is helping ease the pains on my calf muscles and back. The massage roller is helping with the pain on my plantar fasciitis. I’m glad I purchased these products, I highly recommend them!!

I purchased the Vibit for Plantar Fasciitis. The roller felt awesome and I used according to the video instructions.
The first roller mal-functioned after about 45 days and the company had me send a video and promptly replaced the unit, without me having to return the first one. I am now 98% healed and without pain. Awesome product strongly sugest it to heal your foot pain!

The pulse unit is faulty, will not hold a charge. The unit is 5 months old purchased in January, received in February and has been a problem for several months. I have been back and forth multiple times with customer support with endless requests for further information, to provide a video of the problem. How to video not holding a charge is a challenge. And then photos. They have agreed to provide a replacement unit and then.....nothing.
Chasing them takes days of silence before being told they are busy and will get the replacement to me soon.... and nothing
Looks like hell will freeze before I receive the replacement.
Initially reported the problem on 1 May 2026. Still waiting on 20 July 2026
Well this review seems to have helped. I have received a message today that a replacement is on its way.
It arrived today, 28 July.

Product has been great with relieving the aches and pains of everyday life. Was easy to order online and delivery was quick 👍

I ordered the Vibit Pulse unit, and when one out of the 4 units was faulty, Vibit support responded quickly, making me feel confident in their reliability. A replacement is on the way...customer service you would expect from a reputable company that goes far and beyond customer satisfaction guarantee...with limited use until a replacement arrives, my arm has been so different and has changed the symptoms I was experiencing altogether , can't wait for the new unit to arrive...well done Vibit...highly recommended... I would definitely buy again.

Fast shipping , quality product that really works

Well I was sceptical but when I receive the product and felt the weight and quality I thought okay maybe this would work, I’ve been using the vibit for 1 week now and there is a mark improvement albeit I have been also doing some strengthening exercises, I do feel the vibit has been a major factor though but it’s only been 1 week, I would say I’m pain free after 1 week. So thumbs up 👍 for a product that delivers although it’s still early

I ordered this. Received this morning. Used it for 13 minutes and was electrocuted and had to quickly rip off the patches. Emailed them. They initially would only process a refund or replacement if I videoed the problem. I explained I would not be risking my safety and video myself getting electrocuted again. They then clarified I only needed to video the product, whereby they confirmed it was faulty have refunded me in full.

I placed an order on the 17 June, contacted Vibit on the 1 July as I still had not received my Vibit Roll, reply was we will look into it!
Still waiting to hear, customer service is a joke

I purchased the vibit massage roller to help with plantar fasciitis and it was excellent in relieving pain in my heel, I highly recommend this product, it is easy to use and charge and is excellent

I was getting so frustrated with having to take medication for my restless legs plus using heat pads way too hot. After 3 nights in a row using tge Tens Vibt I actually had a uninterrupted sleep. Was super impressed

Communication through the whole process was fantastic. They kept me informed all the way.

The Vibit is a tremendous and progressive aid to recovery.
It allows various vibration modes and when used on carpet or a hard surface results in vibrating pressure on areas normally hard to get at.
I couple the Vibit with visits for reflexology and massage.
A liberal application of creme after using Vibit reinforces its capabilities.
I was especially pleased that the Vibit arrived quickly so I could commence my recovery plan.

There is no doubt it helps relieve foot stress, but mine died after 2 months. Wont charge or run at all. Started the warranty process, fingers crossed!

Edit: Unit replaced under warranty. Let's see how it goes now..

Edit2: Replacement unit failed after 10 days, exactly same symptoms as first, 2nd replacement arrived today, lets see how long this one lasts. Looks like a well known fault or bad design.

Edit3: Replacement of the replacement of the original failed last night, exactly same symptoms as the first purchase. Clearly a design fault, time for refund Vibit.. I would be a billion to one if I happened to receive 3 crook units, so it has to be a design issue..

I suffer with a bad back and neck pain this product relaxes my muscles so there not so tense and it feels amazing after 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night the most favourite part is that you have 4 pulse’s so you can stick them in different areas all at once instead of just one spot at a time best thing I ever did was buy this paid for itself already not more massage places
