Love my purchase.
Saw this item in a shop and sourced it on line, at a much fairer price.
Arrived in a timely manner and well packed.
Only negative is with delivery company who dumped package inappropriately Not the fault of Urban Cage, I have informed them.

Excellent shopping experience! I had seen the same item for sale elsewhere at a much more expensive price point so when I saw the generous pricing on The Urban Cage I just had to make a purchase! The process was easy, e-mail notifications good, and delivery great. I love my new item and may well return if I spot other delights that take my fancy. Definitely recommend The Urban Cage! 5*****

Great Company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate and has some lovely, quirky and unusual items at very reasonable prices. The Hello Sailor Storage Pot I ordered was fab and arrived quickly but unfortunately, on unpacking the box, I realised it was damaged on one side. On contacting Dawn, the owner, the matter was resolved immediately and a replacement sent out straight away and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. Excellent customer service from a small business. I have ordered a few pieces from this seller previously and have always had a great experience. Recommended.

Parcel was despatched quickly and when there was a problem with the courier, it was sorted out immediately by Dawn, the proprietor. Service was brilliant!

I ordered a stunning clock, but unfortunately it arrived damaged although the seller packaged it well and labelled it as fragile. So definitely not the sellers fault!
When I emailed about it, I got a refund almost instantly and lovely email explaining that it is out of stock but was given a 20% discount for any other purchase!
Brilliant customer service, so I definitely will be purchasing again!

I hadn't heard of The Urban Cage before, until a friend posted something she'd bought from them which I thought was different from what you normally see, so I went to take a look! The website is easy to navigate, add to basket and checkout. As soon as I saw the Steampunk Dachshund I knew my husband would like it. It's gorgeous, a real interesting piece. Delivery was quick and my item well packaged. Thank you for a great service.
