I started buying underdays underwear a few years ago. Yes, they are pricey to say the least but the quality is exceptional. It’s the softest underwear I have ever tried. It’s so comfortable for everyday wear. They sell out of some sizes quite quickly but that doesn’t bother me too much. They have a variety of underwear to choose from. I only purchase the thongs and I love the quality so much that I will continue to repurchase. The fit of the thongs are true to size. I’m a size UK6 and purchase the XS. I’ve thrown out all of my cheap thongs and replaced them with underdays underwear.
Communication has been great every time I have emailed their customer service team. Overall I would recommend this brand to everyone.

I love these pants!!! Can’t wear anything else now. True to size. Comfy. Sustainable. Great comms and service. Fast delivery (I live in the middle of nowhere).
I don’t think they should go in the tumble dryer, will be more cautious with that in future.

Amazing underwear!!!! I can’t praise them enough. Incredibly comfortable, soft and best of all, they have done wonders for me. Restored my confidence!!!!!!! Worth every single penny.

The quality of the items has dropped significantly. I’ve bought your panties many times before, and all my previous purchases were amazing. But this time, they started to pill after the first machine wash, and the elastic became warped. I’m really disappointed and not planning to buy more. This is especially frustrating because I truly loved your products before and had been a loyal customer for several years.

Super comfortable and high quality. Purchased twice, 5 pairs and then 3. Hoping eventually replace my all underwear with Underdays.

Can’t give a rating because I still haven’t received my order which was made 7 days ago. Package seems to be lost and I have no update of where it is or when to expect it

This underwear kept appearing on my Facebook feed so I decided to place an impulse order. I opted for 3 pairs in neutral/pale colours. Lovely fabric, nice fit and fast despatch.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cost. I do think they are a tad expensive. I would recommend them but only if money isn’t an issue to you.

One wash and the logo and printing washes off.

Underwear is expensive for what it is tbh. I’m also convinced they consistently have the tiniest bit of stock for sizes XL and XXL as they are always out of stock for every pair and colour. Even if I shop right on when a new colour drops, it’s still out of stock. Clearly they don’t care about all customers. Unsubscribing and won’t be returning.

Very poor timings processing refunds of items that have not been opened and returned in a timely manner.

This is also part of a timely customer service.
I have purchased items before and have not used returns. However I am disappointed regarding your timings to processing returns. Especially as the items had not even been opened or taken out of their envelopes.
I hope you will resolve my refund request in a timely manner.

Excellent comfy underwear lovely colours have now bought about 6 sets and find them supper comfy as no labels or seams well with the money

poor communication about returns & refunds — don't waste your money if you're not sure on sizing!
