This place was pivotal in a moment where I had ro change my life. The staff was friendly and helpful and I believe I was taken care of best as possible. I would absolutely send a friend here.

Everyone there was very accepting and welcoming to me upon my arrival. They were all very helpful in situating me and helping me to feel more comfortable. The other patients were very accepting as well. My detox was comfortable along with my course of treatment. They helped explain everything to me and informed me of my disease. The counselors were very helpful and the behavioral technicians were amazingly understanding. It was an overall wonderful experience.

TTC is definitely the place to get what any addict is looking for as long as your willing to do what they suggest you do. Everything is at your disposal. With counselors tharephists doctors and employees whom truly care about you. Thank you TTC for giving me the opportunity to see thing's differently and for giving me a new life.A life worth living with

I so Love TTC ! The staff are what make the Heart & Soul of TTC! Not only did they help with helping me to build a good foundation for my recovery.TTC pushed me way out of my comfort zone and broke down a lifetime of wall's to be able to become for the 1st time a whole person. Mind,Body,Soul and spirit,Not just pounding your brain full of info.It's the whole person that they helped me to work on and I know I am still just a baby in recovery.They even have Pastor's that you can talk to and get guidance, I even rededicated my Life back to God and was Baptized!! But I feel like I have more hope and a desire I didn't have before.All of my need's were met... I could go on and on about TTC! If you are in need of HELP please call them.They never turn anyone away!!Nothing but a bunch of BIG "WOWS" from this place for me!!!I am eternally Grateful !It's never to late! The treatment center gave me great insight to myself. It was a great decision I committed to when I volunteerly went there. I left there educated on my disease of Alcholism and hopeful to not to drink again, but also how to deal with life its self . Being around that much support was amazing and life changing. I will never be able to say thank you enough to the countless people that took care of me when I was unable to care for myself. I hope who reads this can share my heart felt gratitude with everyone affiliated with TTC.

The treatment center guided me in my early recovery, and equiped me with the right tools and guidance to start upon a journey of recovery. The staff does an amazing job and truly cares. I have been clean over a year now, and dont know where I would have been without them.

My son called The Treatment Center for me upon my request and the next day The Treatment Center had put me on a flight to FL. It was a blessing because as a nurse I realized I was a dose away from an accidental overdose. I used to lay in bed & say to myself, "if I die they'll know it was accidentally because I didn't leave a suicide note". I was not trying to kill myself deliberately or accidentally. But, I was in awe of the bliss I fell from the narcotics. I spent about 44 days getting treatment. I was even "invited" to spend another additional week. I'm so impressed & filled with gratitude at the medical care I received. Thank you! And, thank you for continuing to care for me by calling still, two years later to check up & see if I need anything. You guys are awesome! All of you!

If you are looking for a place that truly cares about its clients, look no further. From the moment I stepped on property, TTC staff made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.Throughout my 35 days, the staff would share their experience, strength, and hope. I learned so much and now I can help the next addict or alcoholic and maybe save someone's life with the knowledge that was passed on to me from TTC and Staff. Thank you TTC for helping me change me life.

Coming from a man who has worked at many different treatment centers since i completed TTC's program and none of them have compared to the quality of the family atmosphere and the love that comes from each and every employee there. I woke up to smiles and fell asleep to smiles every single day. I still to this day use the tools that were provide to me, by TTC and i am proud to let any one no that i am a TTC alumni!!!!

I found this facility to be very organized... The staff very caring! Going to group and different meetings helped tremendously
I would recommend The Treatment Center for someone struggling with addictions.

TTC is an exceptional treatment facility. Throughout my stay all of my recovery and spiritual needs were met without reservation. I found it very enlightening that most of the staff including everyone from the medical director, the therapists, the counsellors, the techs, the nursing staff, maintainace, kitchen and housekeeping staff were also in recovery. This gave me hope and peice of mind. I was there for 38 days and left with a new lookout on life. The pastoral care is beyond belief. I'm a new person, the person God means for me to be! Praise Jesus, and thank you TTC.

my experience with TTC was a great one the staff and everybody that is involved with them did a great job i have never been to a place where they care so much i recommend this place to anyone who wants to change and better there lives i'd give it 10 stars if they had it !!

Good staff. Food was good and plenty. Needs more on site physical activities. Loved going to RFT. Rooms were clean with camera in room. Classrooms were used for temporary bedrooms, so overcrowded many times.

I had been through The Treatment Center twice, as well as twice for their outpatient program. The first time, I went home after discharge; I refused to use the knowledge and tools they gave me during my first stay and ultimately I relapsed. But on September 8,2014 I entered TTC again. Through their in depth 12 step oriented groups, their faith based programs and all of their dedicated staff, therapists and counselors I was given every tool that I would ever need to stay sober. They offer a lot of love and support and understand that we are sick people when we get to the doors of TTC. The rooms are always kept clean by the cleaning staff and they also did our laundry! The food was very good during every meal; breakfast was the bomb! They have an area to play volleyball, basketball, a track to go running on as well as lifting weights. While I was in their outpatient program they helped me make a resume and get a job, they helped me find an awesome recovery residence as well!
After I left they made sure to stay in touch with me and offer support when times got rough. I see a lot of their staff at AA and NA meetings around the county; so you know they really practice what they preach.
I just want to thank The Treatment Center for giving my parents their son back and for giving me my life back.

The first treatment center than i was ever a patient at the truly care for my well being and wanting to help me recovery over my addictions to drugs and alcohol. They provided me with the tools to live a new life. And for that I will be forever grateful!

I had a very great experience, and am very pleased with my outcome. I don't know what I would have done had I not had the help from TTC. The staff is very helpful, and everyone truly cares. I would always recommend them to anyone in need.

Good: compassionate staff who do not try to shame the patients. Montes teaches specifics of what occurs in the brain through substance abuse and why stopping is so difficult and why relapse is so prominent.

Bad: 12 steps and religious. Part of Focus on the family. Some staff mock patients who think there are other ways to live recovery. There are though. Check out drugabuse.gov.

Ugly: Not dual diagnosis, despite what admissions counselors tell you. Pervasive mental illnesses are ignored medically. Therapeutically the symptoms can be addressed, but even as a client for 10 months in outpatient, I was never suggested to be medicated, in fact the opposite is ENCOURAGED. Therapy can only help so much when symptoms are severe. Had to leave the state to clear my head and see an actual psychiatrist that believes that medications should not be approached from a one size fits all mentality. I was dealing with consistent suicidal ideation most of the time i was in treatment.

Revolving door. This place might produce 2 people out of 150 a month that walk in the door who stay sober more than 6 months. But in recovery, the client is at fault for that, not the program or facility.

Do i recommend this facility? Only if you want to be closer to Jesus and need to be reminded to get a sponsor, work the steps, and get involved in 12 step service. Or maybe if you are looking for a Florida vacation on your insurance company's dime.
