The Transport Brothers Bewertungen

I would highly recommend The Transport Brothers.

I was remotely trying to arrange the collection and delivery of a suite of furniture. I was a little daunted by the logistics, especially because I had to make sure the seller would be at the collection address at a set time. The items were then being delivered to my elderly mother, who wasn’t able to help at her end. The Transport Brothers arrived exactly when they said they would, and everything went smoothly. The items were collected and delivered on time and they did everything they promised and more.

Their communication and speed of response was excellent from the outset. They were very flexible and arranged the times and dates to suit both the seller and me, which was really helpful and accommodating.

I dealt with both Grant and Ben, and they were a pleasure to deal with. They made the whole collection and delivery experience as simple and stress-free as they could. I really appreciated it, because it meant everything happened on time and without worry for everyone involved.

Great guys and a really great service. Many thanks again.

We would highly recommend The Transport Brothers. From the very first point of contact, their communication was excellent. They were incredibly accommodating and worked the dates around our schedule, which was so kind and helpful.

When it came to the collection, nothing was too much trouble. Ben made the removal of a large, extremely heavy coffee machine look completely effortless!

We will 100% be in contact with them again. A really great service from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Great service, responded fast to our request. Very helpful on the day!

Excellent service . Speedy communication.

Grant & Ben were great. A quick response to my enquiry and a good price for the work. They turned up when they said they would and carried out the transport efficiently and with respect. Would highly recommend.

I’d highly recommend The Transport Brothers. They were suggested to us by a friend, and the whole experience was excellent. They responded quickly and managed to fit us in at short notice, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Well worth the FIVE stars ~ Ben was super from start to finish. Quick to reply to my enquiry, arrived spot on time to collect and made the whole job simple and straightforward. Friendly and super helpful. The feedback from the collection address was also very positive and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a courier. Very happy 😁

Ben kindly did a small delivery job for us on a Saturday morning, easy communication and lovely guy, perfect job! Highly recommend.

A very professional and well run organisation! Easy to communicate with and everything ran smoothly and on time. Thoroughly recommend! Thank you

I recently hired The Transport Brothers to help swap furniture between two bedrooms—moving a bed and two bedside tables from the loft to a first-floor bedroom, and vice versa. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Ben and Billy arrived right on time and were polite, professional, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Communication was clear and prompt from the moment I first contacted them, and we quickly agreed on a date that worked for both of us.

They worked efficiently and handled everything with care, leaving the rooms tidy and furniture perfectly placed. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly approach.
I would definitely recommend The Transport Brothers to anyone needing help with moving or furniture rearrangement, and I’ll absolutely use their services again if the need arises!

Excellent service, prompt, efficient and went the extra mile with a smile for a particularly difficult removal. I would absolutely recommend, thank you both!

Had a great experience with the Transport Brothers - made moving house very easy and stress free. Great communication in the days leading up to the move and arrived bang on time to load up the van. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks Ben for your help!

I recently use this moving service for the second time, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. The mover was incredible friendly accommodating and made the entire process stress-free from the initial planning to the final move from Bath to my flat in London, everything was seamless. The client-orientated approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. The rates are reasonable and the quality of service is top-notch. I highly recommend service to anyone in need of reliable and professional mover 10 out of 10.

I would highly recommend this man and a van service for moving out. Ben was very kind and carefully help us to load and unload all of our stuff even though we had a few more things than what was agreed before. He safely move our things from point A to B without any issue and the van itself was in great conditions which gave us confidence when transporting our things.

Great service, Ben kept us informed as to when he would be picking up and dropping off

Straightforward from start to finish. Turned up on time, did what I had asked for and made hard work look easy. Easily the best quote from a broad search too. Won’t need to research next time, nor will my family or friends.

Engaged at very short notice- friendly and professional service, delivered with a smile.

Ben and Grant run an efficient business and really go the extra mile. We worked with them daily for 4 weeks on a theatre tour. Not only did their job but Ben kindly assisted us setting up the stage on days we were thrown curveballs and short staffed. Thats the kind of men they are. This is exactly the kind of family run business you need to be booking.

Excellent Service - reliable and trustworthy. In the run up to Christmas, Ben and the guys took on the task of delivering Christmas gifts, a massive box ticked, all done professionally and a huge weight of my shoulders.
Highly recommend.

Another job carried out quickly and professionally. Ben went above and beyond to get our furniture round a tricky corner... And always with a smile!
Highly recommended!
