I brought a car from them 2 months ago.
They had a paper mat in the front of the drivers side of the car. When I took the car home that day I removed the paper mat and there was a big hole in the carpet.
I contacted the after sales and they asked me to get a quote which I did then they refused to do anything about it. They were very rude when I asked why they even asked me to get a quote.
They would have known the hole was there and had covered it with the paper.
Very poor customer service and very rude staff.
Do not buy from them , they have your money then don't want to know.

The service from the team at Abercynon was excellent, the whole experience from start to finish was effortless and a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend Trade Centre Wales to anyone..

I didn’t feel pressured, a great amount of choice of vehicles. Nice sales people but have to give a shout out to Johnathan Williams the gentleman who handled the collection of the car I bought this morning. He was so friendly and put me at ease , making sure he went through everything thoroughly so I understood the process. Made the whole experience a positive one and I would recommend you look out for him if you go there !

Had a great customer service experience at the Pontypridd trade centre wales .. all the staff where very helpful .. special mention to Robyn and the lady who was with her training ( I forgot her name unfortunately) they where VERY helpful, polite , courteous and answered any questions I asked .. great asset to the company.. thank you Robyn ..

Great customer care. Good advice and trustworthy

The new sales lady was very helpful as was her manager Dean and the team that did the after sales paperwork.
The only thing that was not completed,I was told that the car would be valeted while we were completing the paperwork to take the car away that day, the car was not valeted, leaving dog hair, heavy thick settled what looked like grease in all doors from top to bottom where the hinges are.
I have since cleaned the car myself.
Since posting the above review, in fairness the after sales before release of the car gentleman phoned me and could not apologise enough and offered a valet and as I cleaned the car myself offered a free valet anytime in the future, if I so wish. Thank you

I had a very bad experience with the Neath branch. We purchased a car through finance with trade centre wales and just after 5 days the car wouldn’t a start. We returned the car and they told us to sign a acceptance repair form for which we signed thinking the repair will be done within a week but unfortunately we haven’t got the car back still and it’s been 3months. And they haven’t given a deadline of when the car will be repaired and returned. When we asked that we would want to exchange the car, they came to us telling that because we agreed to repair the car they can’t exchange for another vehicle. Also they haven’t given any compensation and I am paying the finance for this car plus we have no vehicle or even a courtesy car from them.

Initially, buying the car was an acceptable service. The price was not the best but after a while, we agreed on a more reasonable price.

Upon collecting the car I was informed that the rear boot seal need to be replaced as it was no longer functional. However, they offered to replace it free of charge if I booked it into their workshop.

A few days after owning the car I notice there was an issue with the car and at times it is difficult to get into 2nd and 3rd gear. Drivable, but certainly not desirable and an indicator of a more serious fault.

The car was booked into the workshop where they promptly repaired the boot seal. After an initial assessment, they informed me that the car would need to go to a gearbox specialist whose only availability was the following week. I requested a courtesy car as my car was clearly going to require major work and I could not be without a car for such an extended period of time.

I was repeatedly told that non where available and it was a week later that they finally had one returned, this is despite being told that I would be notified as soon as one became available.

My car was finally taken to the specialist who was then unable to inspect my car until five days later, despite then previously arranging the appointment to view my car. After their inspection, they determined that the gearbox did have a fault and they returned it to the Tradecentre workshop to be repaired. It has since been sat outside their workshop as they "do not have any ramps available". I can only assume that after having my car for over three weeks, I am still not the first in the queue to have my car repaired.

Contact from their customer service team has been regular and their consistency is appreciated. However, it is deeply frustrating to be told multiple times they have not been able to start repairs on my car and it has simply remained stationary outside their workshop.

The car was brought specifically due to the high mileage I do every year and the courtesy car they provided, a Fiat 500, is nowhere near appropriate for my needs. It is rapidly approaching a month since they began "repairs" on my car and there is currently no timeline as to when the car, which I am still having to pay out for, will be returned to me.

So to summarise, after having my car for over 3 weeks, the only real progress that has been made is they repaired a faulty boot seal. They have also identified a fault with the gearbox (three times now...). The cheery on top is that all of this could have been spotted and repaired before the car was ever put on sale. I can only assume that laziness or incompetency within the workshop meant they were not dealt with sooner.

As acceptable as the initial sale is, I am now feeling forced to return the car and demand a refund as this unnecessarily long repair time is causing significant logistical issues for both my job and personal freedom. When I raised this issue with them I was advised the following, "Silver lining, at least the mileage will not be on your own vehicle".

At the time of this post, nearly 25% of my ownership of the car I have been unable to drive and it has sat with trade centre having various "specialists" repeatedly confirming that the gearbox is indeed faulty.

I can only speak on what I encounted. There has been many messages putting TCW in having a bad reputation, well when i visited TCW in Abercynon I was 50/50 in purchasing a vehicle, I was greeted by a friendly employee and asked if I had an appointment, in which I did. I then was freely allowed to walk round the showroom allowing me time to view many vehicles. I was later approached by a employee to help me with many questions I had, he was very patient and answered my many questions honestly. At no point I was pressured in buying a vehicle from TCW. I later went home unsure what what vehicle I wanted. I returned a few days later and purchased a vehicle. The employees from the salesman to the finance team were fantastic and I had a very positive time dealing with TCW. Thank you

I came to look at a yellow Juke I'd seen on the website, but it got sold that morning. I had a look around and found a lovely black Juke, which was a bit more expensive, but great quality and definitely an upgrade from the car I already had. It is technically much more advanced. The salesman was lovely, and I was dealt with very professionally. The staff were very quick and efficient in sorting out my purchase and I took the car away the same day.

Bought my car and part sold my previous one in no time at all. Only negative was all the questions about what I earn and what I pay for bills which wasn't needed as I was paying cash for the vehicle and didn't need finance
