Total scam. Shows as theory test booked but not booked with DVSA and refused a refund

SCAM ... DO NOT TOUCH ... my son last £45 & thought he was booking a theory test...no email .. no communication...

Absolute CON merchants!!!! AVOID 😡 god I wish I could get hold of the person who is conning everyone out of there money!! Let’s just say they would be lucky if they see the light of day again!! In times when people are struggling !!!! God makes me angry that companies can do this!!

I Paid the £45 and applied for test but had no communication at all from them. I asked for the money back but never saw a penny back even though I was promised a refund They gave lots of excuses( computer systems were down etc) why they hadn’t refunded the money. Complete scam!

Yep complete scam, stole £45 from me. I'm going to recover my money but can't find any address for this company. The money shows up as GEXT LTD on your bank statements but this is another company altogether but I will be talking to them.

Why does the government not shut this website down? I was scammed like thousands of others, it's amazing they are allowed to carry on.

Why the hell does this come up as the first google search for booking a theory test?? This website is a complete scam and one of the most realistic scams I've seen. They take your money and then never communicate again.

This company is awful they charge £45GBP to book your driving test for you. When on the GOV website it is £25GBP. I have my lesson this upcoming Monday so probably gonna get there and it won’t even be booked. Awful company no contact made back to me. Also says in there terms and conditions that “you cannot cancel the test” even if you have a good enough reason. Awful service. Bad company PLEASE BE AWARE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They take your money and run.

There is as classic a scam as can be. They website takes your money and that's it. No contact, no e-mails, no answer, nothing.

I'm absolutely in shock how any decent payments processing company agreed to provide a service to that.

Absolute scam! Booked and paid for my son’s theory test, test centre and GOV website have not received any confirmation and cannot get hold of The Theory Test company. Am going to trading standards. This so called company need looking into

AVOID This company are scam artists and fraudulently take your money. They have no way of being contacted. I ahve reported them to Action Fraud.

SCAM!!! Can’t believe I’ve been done over by these, taken my money say they are gonna contact me, what a surprise… nothing!! I don’t know how they are still doing this to people. Can’t get in contact with them at all, just some dodgy address.

DO NOT USE! This is a scam. My daughter booked her theory test and we turned up on Monday evening for the 8pm booking to a locked up building (with the floor stated being up for let!). Several others had also booked on the course. There is no way to contact the company and reading the reviews I don't think we will be getting our money back! Avoid at all costs.

Awful. Got booked with them, turned up on the day at DVLA........no booking or nothing. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs. Just book direct at your local DVLA and study your highway code. For 9 quid you can get a book with a DVD ROM updated each time the test or highway code is.

Hidden in small print - you cannot resit an unlimited retest if you fail the hazard. You cannot resit if you didn't pass all of their practise tests. You cannot contact them, they block you. THIS INFO SHOULD BE CLEARLY STATED. Absolutely shocking
