The Operations Manager level 5 course was very detailed and provided me with the training I needed for the next step in my career. My skills coach Jason Davies was very supportive throughout and helped me to be the best I could be while on the course. I achieved a distinction and very happy to have completed to such a high result.

I recently completed the Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship through the Tess Group. I really enjoyed the whole course and learned so much. I received a distinction as a result of her support and guidance. I feel confident in my coaching skills now and eager to continue my personal development in this field.

Neil Richard’s delivered the RSAS/CSAS course, I found it well-structured and educational. The information covered was relevant to my current job role. The trainer, Neil Richards executed a brilliant course.
It is a very intense course with alot of information to acquire. Therefore a lesser capable trainer could of had us victims of death by power point.
The course was tailor made to the needs of the class, engaging and Interactive.
