the audioguestbook was a HUGE hit at our wedding! To begin with, we were delighted by the idea of not doing the typical wedding guestbook asking people to write notes. As a guest I always feel like that part of the event is like homework... an assigned task I'd like to fulfill but sort of don't want to spend the time thinking of something to write! I've seen some people just add their signature like a hotel guestbook. And as a bride, I didn't want another heavy thing coming home with us that will collect dust. The audioguestbook was PERFECT! It keeps the spirit of the activity, guests telling you sweet things or sharing marriage advice etc, but it's actually FUN to do and there is no pressure to write something eloquent, just speak from the heart! And our venue was an old 1920s mansion so the phone we picked went beautifully with the space and people loved using it! We even repurposed a decorative coat room into a phone booth for the event so people could go in and close the door while they left a message, or groups could go in together and leave a collective message! The phone itself was truly gorgeous and we had fun setting our voicemail note which was easy to do and I liked that we could redo it as many times as we needed until we got it just right. The turnaround time to receive our recording was about a week and a half. It was fun to relive the wedding through the messages even though it was so recent! Easy company to work with, lovely product.

We hired the telephone guestbook for our wedding day, with any wedding you worry about the stresses of things going wrong - but these guys were incredible and were quickly on hand to resolve a small issue we had (it was our fault!) - the phone was loved by our guests, and we recieved our messages back within 72 hours of the phone being recieved. I cannot recommend Andy and The Telephone Guestbook enough, he was an absolute lifesaver for my recent customer conference. We had a last minute ask that we didn’t know if it could be accommodated, but Andy was there to deliver in our incredibly tight 24 hour turnaround.
Then, when UPS had an unexpected delivery issue with our phone, Andy was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and more than willing to be flexible. He had a backup on the way within 20 minutes, and it was delivered cross country in time for our event. He went above and beyond to help with the setup and backing up of the audio files.
The entire experience was seamless, despite issues that were outside of his control. I honestly wish every vendor I worked with was as reliable, proactive, and capable of such quick turnarounds as Andy. He truly made a stressful situation effortless. Thank you, Andy!!!

The telephone guestbook company were brilliant and answered any queries that I had before the wedding. Everyone loved the idea that we had an audio guestbook instead of a traditional paper wedding book. I’d totally recommended them for any wedding or event. The instructions were very clear on how to set up the phone before the wedding day and it was very easy to use.
