Excellent customer care when I had an issue with dog tags - which are high quality & exactly as described. Quickly resolved my issue.

Excellent fast response to faulty collar - replaced without question and even added in the tag which had been attached. Friendly and clear communication, thanks.
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had
I used the website and when I input my change of address it did not update the shipping address. I then saw it may (but it cannot be confirmed) have been delivered to my old address - they said that they had not received but if they had they return to sender.
I admit I should have checked again on the shipping address but I thought if you were changing all the other details this would have changed too.
I then rang customer service and instead of finding a resolution - well... it did not go well at all! I explained what happened and even told him how I had asked the people at the address - his first blunt response was "Well, its your fault". I then waited for some way of resolving the issue and he said nothing. So I responded, "well I wont buy from you again".
Well then he really got his proverbials all twisted and started on the passive aggressive comments like "Well, I was going to help you..." I have worked in customer service roles for many years and that is a sure fire way to get into an argument with a customer.
There are few times I have ever had in my life that I have been so upset by someone's rudeness - but today was one of them. I cannot believe how patronising they were - telling me not to interrupt - when they were interrupting themselves. The whole experience reeked of someone who felt they had the right to be rude. Which was not necessary and hurtful.
What I would like to say is - when is this person going on some customer service training? If not, please rethink ever ringing or dealing with this company.

not worth…it
Fast service and delivery but not worth the price already the colour has Tarnished after about 4 days and the ring hole won't last long as it will rub away. Better ones out there

Poorly run business that I wouldn’t use again
I ordered two fairly pricey custom dog tags from here. They forgot to process the first order so that it wasn’t even dispatched for an entire week, which they then lied about. The second item I purchased did not actually show the picture of my dog properly as it did not remove the background as advertised. I’m sadly left to say that the quality of the service and products here are poor for a high price. I would not recommend them.

The parcel was never received. Their support team didn't get back properly after sending more than 5 emails.
Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing service. There were IT issues with the Stately Hound website when attempting to purchase a dog tag. Having called the company and spent over an hour going through the issues they kindly offered a free dog tag for my time. That was six months ago. I have sent three e-mails via their website to prompt them - they have never even bothered to reply Poor customer serrvice. A poor show all round. I will shop elsewhere in future.

This is a brilliant company - bought a personalised dog tag - had a little hiccup with the web site that wouldn’t accept my payment but spoke to a lovely chap on the phone and he sorted it in a jiffy - received my delivery two days later - tag is very good quality and wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again or recommending to friends

The first time I bought tags they were…
The first time I bought tags they were lovely apart from one with poor printing which the company rectified. I ordered different ones this time and they are horrible. The tag itself is really rough and so is the engraving on the back. I have very thin skinned dogs so would be concerned these rough tags would rub their necks. I contacted the company and said I would like to return them and why.
I would like to exchange these rough tags for smooth brass ones but have had zero response from this company yet they keep sending me mails with offers to buy more.
