Received my throws. They looked nice for less than1 day. They just keep catching and snagging, really poor quality. I contacted them straight away. The company would not take them back for inspection and refuse to help. I sent photos showing how bad they snag. As they are not UK based trading standards couldn’t help. I’ve been advised to ask my bank for a charge back or ring UK International Consumer Centre. I’m sure others will also need the number if they bought from this company. 01268886690. I really don’t advise buying from them. I did the claimback as advised and the company did then negotiate with me. They said i could return them for inspection at my cost, but was very expensive as they are based in China. We settled on 50% refund eventually. The throws aren’t even worth this but just had enough of all the back and forwards with the emails.

Wish I read these reviews before I ordered :( Really really poor quality covers, shipped from China. They're trying to make me pay for a return to China, which would cost 75% of the original purchase cost. Avoid at all costs!!!

On the website, the reviews were high, which must be fake. The website looks like a UK company, but products shipped from China. The sofa cover I received was very poor quality, wrong size and colour. Returns are a scam- you have to pay for tracked shipping back to China. Before giving instructions to return try to convince you to buy more with a 50% off coupon. I feel foolish!

reviews on the website give it mostly 5 stars, so easy to be fooled. Looks like a UK company from website, but products shipped from china. Extremely poor quality materials. Returns an absolute scam- paying for shipping back to China, and they take a 5% ‘processing fee’, emails bounce back due to a full mailbox. Before giving instructions to return try to convince you to buy more with a 50% off coupon. Regret ever involving myself with this company. AVOID

I ordered a cushion and sofa cover - 1 star added for prompt and delivery (from China) - the entire thing from order to delivery took 6 days.
The products themselves feel poor quality though no issues with stitching and actual workmanship, my covers said waterproof in the title and there are absolutely no waterproof or water resistant qualities to the fabric whatsoever. 1 star for accurate colour.

Is this some kind of scam? I ordered a corner sofa cover and they sent nearly 3 weeks later two small £1 shop pillow covers. I tried to email them but email bounced back, phone or WhatsApp number not working too. So I had to ask bank for a charge back.

One star is too much. Another “UK” company that is actually Chinese. Avoid. Covers are cheap and you have to spend a fortune to send back, which is another trick of these Chinese companies. Disgusting scam.

I wish I had checked here first but was taken in by this seemingly UK company. As others have said, the throw I ordered was hard and thin, not the soft blanket I wanted and returns, you only discover after emailing them (which contravenes UK trading standards) are to China, or they will give you 50% discount off another item so you have to spend more money with them. Also you cannot leave a review on their website to warn others. Total scam

Very poor quality. The cover does not really fit and looks cheap. I think it will vecruibed after the first wash. Why didn't see these reviews before? Would never have bought. Wasted my money. Customer care takes a week to respond if you have an issue. I ordered a second cover as I wanted the chair to match the sofa. The delivery company left it in a place that has a sign 'do not leave here'. Consequently the parcel was stolen. The sofa cover company says they can't help as I did not take out protection. Rubbish company.

Completely terrible experience! No response to my refund emails. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a seat dark green velvet cover, and the material is cheap, falling apart, and completely unacceptable.

This website is a scam and should be shut down immediately. Do not buy from this sofa cover website, save your money and avoid this fraud!

This company is being investigated for fraud- do not order anything from them. They will either send substandard products, refuse returns or not send anything at all, refuse refunds and cease communications.

Ships from China NOT UK. I wish I’d checked here first. Arrived damaged but they won’t help. Said as it’s been over 48 hrs since it arrived they’re not interested. If I pay to return it I won’t even be guaranteed a refund. What kind of company is this?! They’re too expensive to not have proper support and refund options. The colour is a LOT darker than ordered too. And poor quality. Really upset about this.

Similar to others, I was unaware that the site ships from China. Took longer than stated to arrive, colour is different to online and it's too small for my sofa. Avoid.

Scam - ordered and never heard from them again. The WhatsApp on their website is even fake. Email just sends an automated reply. Avoid at all costs !

I ordered an orange throw for my sofa. What turned up was a bright yellow throw, of very poor quality.

As others have mentioned, it's a UK site, but ship from China, so it's already misleading.

I requested to return for a refund since they sent me the wrong colour. They said the only options are to return at my cost, to their warehouse in China, or they'll give me a 50% off voucher and I can order the correct item.

I did already order the correct item, it's them who sent the wrong one, and now are refusing to cover return postage. I'm left with trying to claim the £45 back from my bank, which may or may not be successful.

Absolutely furious, I'd give them zero stars if I could.

These covers are a very poor fit for both the 2-seat and 3-seat ikea landskrona sofas. They would need a few hours with a sewing machine to get even a reasonable shape. About to put them back in the post, thank goodness for the 30 day refund!

absolute scammers these people.ordered a sofa cover which has never arrived, from bloody china . company registered in Covent Garden, probably doesn't exist. I wish to have a refund but doubt this will happen but I will be reporting them locally and putting it out in other social media platforms.

Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something you have to send it to China and pay the postage yourself. Do not even guarantee you a full refund. Terrible company do not give them a penny of your money. I have learnt the hard way.
