I returned a pair of Converse that were faulty - threads coming off on the tongue and the pairs were apparently mismatched, as seen by the diffent soles. Return was delivered by Royal Mail but unfortunately neither the refund came through nor they are acknowledging my contacts. Quite disappointing. Won't use again and recommend you don't.

I stumbled across the tik tok live at 4pm on Friday and saw a pair of converse I have been hunting for 12 months plus they are out of stock everywhere. Not only did I find them in this shop but the price was an absolute bargain. Ordered 4pm Friday and were delivered 2pm Saturday, they even added a few sweets to the box which my kids enjoyed. I placed an order on next day delivery and it took 5 days. Unfortunately Royal Mail misplaced it which is beyond the company's control. Having said that the customer service was impecable and kept me updated
