From my initial enquiry I was guided through the design and ordering process as I wasn't sure what I was doing ! Amazingly rapid online customer service and they were also on the end of the phone to help me too. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Received substandard goods, no apology offered and expected to jump through their hoops to get problem resolved.

I've been using The Sign Builder for a number of years now, but not that frequently as I'm a very small business,
and I'm never disappointed.

The last order I placed was in 2022, and the ink in the pen I kept for myself (used a lot) only ran out 3 weeks ago.

Russell is brilliant with communication and always advises if there's anything wrong with the design or placements before going ahead with the order.

My lovely new rebranded pens arrived today, and I'm delighted with them again 😀.

Shocking service! Used these for about 10 years on a regular basis but the last couple of times have been extremely disappointing and I have now asked for a refund on my order. Shocking customer service, terrible attitude and zero attempt to rectify issues. STEER CLEAR IS MY ADVICE

Actually the worst customer service you will receive - signs came damaged and delivery driver signed for them himself and the items were left outside our office unattended. Then once I return from holiday to open the package the items inside are damaged and they won't offer a return or refund. They wasted my time for 30 minutes on an online chat just to tell me they can't do anything. The customer service assistant Russell was also incredibly rude and abrupt. DO NOT USE.

Self design website backed up with great support on line, easy to make changes to original design, product arrived before quoted delivery date, everything I asked for was done quicker than expected and product exceeded expectations.

I needed a vinyl sticker for my Motorhome, to cover up where an old one had faded away. I worked out the measurements and created the image I wanted to create. I then had a search around and quite quickly found this site. They gave the option of just the right sized item, rectangular where I was needing an oval shaped sticker, but I thought that was fine. Also the price was really competitive, I couldn't find anything like what I wanted elsewhere for the price. When I went to purchase the sticker it allowed me to add comments so I asked them if they could make it oval.
Within 5 days I had the sticker and it was as bright and vibrant as I'd hoped it would be. I've put it on the vehicle now and it looks brilliant! I will most definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone!
