Cannot recommend Samantha and The Sicilian Villa Company enough. I book villas for work and personal and The Sicilian Villa Company was one of the most pleasant I have dealt with over the years. The villa we rented, Villa Agave, was gorgeous - very well maintained and the owners were lovely (and we managed to get around the language barrier no worries). We lived in the pool and the villa really had all you need for self catering, plus an abundance of excellent supermarkets within a 10 min drive in Pachino. When we did venture out, Marzamemi had so much to offer, we tried so many restaurants for dinner but our favourite was heading out in the morning for Granita! The beach in San Lorenzo is gorgeous and was only a 10 min walk, so no need to worry about parking and it was a lovely touch that the villa owners had left beach umbrellas. Would absolutely recommend Villa Agave and The Sicilian Villa Company, it was a dream holiday.

We spent a week at Villa Savoca, staring August 6, 2025. We have been to several villas in Italy and the Caribbean , and by far this villa is the best. The owner, is also the best we have ever met, very caring and attentive and made us feel like we were at home. This is a 5 star villa, excellent fresco dining and relaxing area, and pool.. Spectacular views of Savoca village, you can walk to the town in a few minutes, excellent restaurants, shops. We never tired of the spectacular views from the villa. We are a family of 4, here celebrating our 60th anniversary, with our son and his wife. The owner cared enough to bring us a beautifull cake to celebrate our anniversary. He became a dear freind during our stay. The villa is equipped with everthing you need, all hi quality. We hope to come back in the future to this very special villa!!

Villa La Palme : We had a wonderful time in Sicily , the Villa was lovely and comfortable with everything you needed for the stay, good air conditioning and the pool was perfect for families as well with a large paddling area.
Mattia and her husband (the owners ) were wonderful they couldn’t do enough for us , would highly recommend them .. Marzemeni was a lovely little port and 10 mins away with a lovely Piazza and restuarant's and Noto was such a romantic and beautiful City with its architecture , we popped into Syracuse on the way back to airport and that was lovely too, but Noto was far nicer in MO.

One thing I would advise if people don’t need space in a car get the smallest one you can as in the towns the roads are so narrow.. we had an ALPHA Stelvio and it was almost impossible to manoeuvre in the City centre let alone park

(thesicilianvillacompany)were very helpful and Samantha organsied everything and was always just a mail away.. she also send me an excellent 'user guide' before we left with pretty much everything you need to know about your stay as she had been there herself , so highly recommended.

Spent 5 nights in this lovely restored villa
with my family late June. Very comfortable for our large
family. The layout is great and offers many areas to be together as well as private bedroom suites.
The pool area was wonderful.
I was grateful it was secured being that we had our young grandchildren with us,
The villas owner greeted us upon arrival and couldn’t have been more welcoming.
We had every need addressed.
The location is in the countryside which is much quieter but not too isolated.
The Donna Fugattta castle is min away and grocery stores are a short drive away.
We had Franca, the villas cook make us dinner the last night and it was very good.
She also came in the mornings to make breakfast for our group of 12.
Villa Paolino was enjoyed by us all!
Wish we could have stayed longer !

Pacino Property - Noto Sicily.
The property has a fantastic view, surrounded by beautiful olive trees and cactus. The swimming pool has a fantastic size with a great view.
The house is very well equipped and the breakfast, lunch and dinner table has also astonishing views.
The host was always available for any requests and very friendly. We have really enjoyed our stay with family and friends.

The initial contact with the sicilianvillacompany was reassuring. Although our holiday was last minute, we were offered a good selection of available villas in different areas of Sicily. Our chosen villa was wonderful and is highly recommended!!

The villa was exceptional and we had a fantastic break. The house was perfect, absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen so well equipped. Bruno was the most generous and wonderful host and realy made it extra special for us and our 2 boys. We loved every minute and will definitely return

The Villa Naxos speaks for itself in amenities, location and staff. The facilities are first rate. The staff is first class both personally and professionally. The only regret you may have is not being able to stay longer

Able to offer us something unique - and Sicilian.

Samantha from the Sicilian Villa Company was nice to deal with.

Communication was quite problematic. Leading up to our stay, I had to follow up several times to get the necessary information, such as confirmation about early check-in and bag storage, catered meals, and a cooking class.

Once we arrived, we discovered that there were several instances where you gave me inaccurate or flat out wrong information. For one, I was not told about the €3000 CASH deposit that we needed to pay upon arrival.

The welcome documents that were provided ahead of our visit had the wrong address for the villa and the menu for a different villa — the cost of the meal service was vastly more expensive plus the food costs were separate.

We were provided a mailing address to send a birthday gift that was incorrect and so the gift never arrived. There was no accountability for this. The villa managers and the Sicilian Villa company both blamed the other for the wrong address.

Overall, the communication was not up to the standard you would expect from an experience of this caliber.

The Sicilian Villa Company is a class act. Attentive, responsive, thorough and professional - embodied by the brilliant Samantha. Highly recommended for anyone venturing to this beautiful island. And Villa Elaia was idyllic.

Villa Savoca proved to be a truly fabulous holiday venue for our family in June 2023. The area was scenically stunning, with an easy walk to the little village. It was an historically interesting place and full of culture and warmth in the village centre. The restaurants were great and the locals were kind and friendly and helpful too!

We loved that the house was fresh and new with new appliances and fresh linen and decor. All attention to detail was seen to with ample parking and fabulous facilities. The rooms were spacious and the living area was fabulous. The welcome arrival was wonderful - fresh bread and tomatoes and fruit and wine and snacks …. they really tried hard and it paid off. The owners were available 24/7 when things were required or when we needed help. They were extremely kind. They also provided a set of notes for us about restaurants and the house and the surrounding areas which was very helpful.

The villa was a bit of a drive to the popular towns and beaches in the nearby areas, but it didn’t matter as areas and activities were easy to get to by taxi or car and all were well worth it… including climbing Mt Etna! Hiring a boat for a day was also another highlight.

Thank you to the Sicilian Villa Company for finding this wonderful spot for us. We truly loved it. You were also professional and trustworthy and this counts for so much.

I wanted to share some feedback with you about our recent stay at the villa in Sicily. Booking a villa online can sometimes be daunting, as we often worry that the reality won't live up to the pictures on the website. However, I am delighted to inform you that the villa exceeded all our expectations and was even more beautiful than we had imagined. It truly made our trip a magical experience.

The house was impeccably maintained and absolutely perfect in every way. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was attended to. The owner of the villa, John, was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. One evening, he even surprised us with a delicious home-cooked meal, which was a lovely touch.

We particularly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful outdoor kitchen, where we shared many memorable moments with our families. The facilities and amenities provided by the villa were exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for more.

Overall, our vacation was nothing short of extraordinary, and we were thrilled with everything the house had to offer and more. Thank you for facilitating such a wonderful experience for us. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Sicily.

‘We had a blissful two weeks at Aqua e Sale. The villa is as lovely as the photos suggest, but what they can’t show is how very spacious it is, and how outstanding the setting. The views towards the Egadi Islands are stunning and the breeze blows over the pool and gardens. Because the plot is so large, and the setting very rural we used to hear nothing but birds, cicadas and bees. As the temperatures rose we spent more time at the villa. It is a really lovely, architect designed building with a very distinctive character.

It is unusual to have three very large bedrooms all as nice as each other, while the two smaller rooms were also very good. The beds are extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning the best we have had on holiday. The kitchen is very easy to cook in, being well equipped, clean and cool.

We hired the small cottage for the second week with two extra, lovely en suite bedrooms and kitchenette.

Michele is a very generous host, and responded to every little request and question immediately.

Because this is not a very touristy area it was a ittle hard to find where to go and the feel of various places, but after two weeks we really had the hang of it. Michele had pointed us in the right direction.

• The local bakery in Nubia was excellent, as was the Mercato Campagna Amica Market (with excellent wine at 3 euros a bottle) on Wednesdays, Famiglia di Pietra for produce, Panificio Forno Martinez for bread and pastries, I didn’t make it to the fish market….
• We loved the bars and extraordinary gelateria on the sea wall – Gelateria Liparoti, Viale delle Sirene. All the bars in Trapani were great, and the shops were elegant and eclectic.
• We would recommend a boat trip with Tonnara Yachting – the islands are extraordinary, especially Favignana, a trip to Il Faro lido in the fabulous Capo di Vito (the whole area is gorgeous) , a trip to Segesta with a follow up at the thermal baths Segesta Therme
• We also loved our two nights in with a chef – fantastically relaxing and fun

We have had an incredible holiday in a villa of the sicilian villa company. the help we got in choosing a villa and after the booking the service we received with the practical issues like meeting the owner was really extraordinary. The information received on restaurants and shopping facilties and sites to see ,was very helpfull. the villa itself (Villa Marianello) exceeded our expectations.

Samantha was very friendly and helpful regarding our holiday near Ragusa in Sicily. Also, her local knowledge was useful to us in planning our trip. The Villa we booked through her was extremely nice with a lovely pool. The Villa seemed new and it had a great layout. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Giuliana, the local rep, was friendly and very accommodating. So, all in all, a very good experience!

We have just returned from Sicily and rented two properties through the Sicilian Villa Company - an apt in Catania and a villa close to Trapani on the west coast. Absolutely superb. The apt in Catania is an absolute must for anyone wanting to use as a base to visit Etna,Syracuse/Ortigia and Catania - it is a stunning rental in the heart of the city. The villa on the coast was excellent and an ideal place to be based for Erice, Marsala, Egadi Islands, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. Samantha @ SVC was extremely efficient and gave a comprehensive guide to both areas. I thoroughly recommend using SVC as there is a real personal touch to the service and they really do have outstanding properties.

We had a marvellous 2 weeks at Nunziata. The villa was perfect, Maurizio welcomed us and helped when needed. The cleaning staff, Germana and Rosanna, were friendly and helpful and our grandchildren had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and hunting lizards. The pool was a bit cool and the weather unseasonably cold but that’s life.
We fly home from Rome tomorrow having spent time with our Australian family travelling via Sorrento.
