I have bought from Shrimp factory twice now and will definitely use again in the future.
All shrimp have arrived well and healthy.
All items are well packed and it is clear they took care when choosing which shrimp to ship.
Using moulded polystyrene boxes meant the shrimp were protected from any bumps during the journey.

Easy order online and arrived on time. I like that the seller doesn't post on weekends, so the shrimp don't hang around a sorting office. I ordered 2 shrimp online and still got an extra one. Many thanks, great experience.

Good experience with inanimate purchase
Item arrived promptly, I bought the Kallax balls as a supplemental food source when moving my shrimp to a new tank. They were pricy but I’ve never known anywhere else to have something like this and they have been very helpful in establishing the new tank.
