Overall very satisfactory experience. A little initial difficulty in viewing mats inlaid on our room on my mobile, viewed well on system. Delivery went well, slight concern no message from courier on timing on a wet day. Package was well protected and left in open porch as we were out, when it arrived. Rug very satisfactory

I found Mark @ The Run Loft easy and informative to deal with. I am very happy with the quality of the rug and delivery was pretty close to the estimated delivery date. Price is a bit on the high side but hopefully the quality is in the rug and it stands the test of time.

Not impressed though with Fastway Couriers. No pre contact about an approximate delivery time or date. I live in an Apartment, they just left the rug in the public reception area. It could have been stolen.

Mark was so easy to deal with. Once I emailed about returning a rug there was no problem, a courier was arranged to collect rug from me and another order was made for a different rug and a balance refunded as it was a cheaper rug. Very efficient service. Thank you.

Putting aside the great range of beautiful rugs, I found the Rug Loft to be very personable and helpful. Before I bought the rug I had quite a few questions regarding sizes, delivery times etc and they were always happy to answer. They made it feel like there was no pressure to buy and they were happy to help.

Excellent seller. I purchased a rug worth around Euro 1200. I wasn't sure of the colour and my rug was a special made rug, which means non returnable item. I called Mark from Rug loft, they dispatched the samples immediately and based on my reply, assisted with refund due to non matching colours. Close your eyes and purchase with them. they have excellent customer service, highly recommended
