The plants didn’t arrive and two weeks later had the money refunded to a gift voucher but then no plants available online to purchase. The season has finished for the plants I wanted. I now have a useless gift voucher that I can’t use.

I don't want to leave a negative review but the box I received in September just contains a few packets of seeds which are not worth £ 25 and I am still waiting for the previous box which I have been charged for but not received. I understand Lizzie is otherwise occupied at the moment and perfectly understand that it must be difficult for her but if you run a business you have to make arrangements to cover circumstances when you are not able to deal promptly with matters yourself.. I have asked for a refund for this box and the one I have not received. I am unhappy about paying £ 50 for about 7 packets of seeds which are nothing out of the ordinary.

Received wilting plants that are struggling. As a small business they were unable to rectify it. A disappointing experience, I prefer to use independents and small businesses but not at the expense of quality and customer service.

I've been subscribing to TRPG for a good few years now and honestly it's the best subscription service I've ever had. The quality of the seeds, plants and well, everything is just excellent. Lizzie makes gardening a joy and I really look forward to my delivery every month

I have been subscribed to TRPG since almost the beginning. The seeds and plants are always of excellent quality and I have learnt so much from Lizzie. The variety you get every month is excellent, and the bulb months are my personal favourite! TRPG started my journey with flowers, now I have started my own business as a flower farmer. I highly recommend subscribing to TRPG to anyone who wants to learn more about gardening, but also experienced gardeners who want to add beautiful new things to their own gardens.

This is my third monthly subscription box and I absolutely love it! It’s just been my birthday and my partner got me a voucher as I always tell him how great it is! Very excited to order some plants for our home!

My Deutzia 'Raspberry Sundae' arrived very quickly . It was well packaged and is a decent sized shrub in good condition. Looking forward to seeing it grow.

Box hasn’t arrived and had to email three times. No reply for ages then no apology. Bizarre customer service where I was told “I’m not sure what to suggest?” Received a refund today for Junes box after asking again.
July’s box was not good value for money at all. Five packs of seeds which I could have bought much cheaper elsewhere. No information and most of them will only flower next year. Not worth the money.

Arrived promptly. Can't comment on blooms as not flowered yet.

I have loved TRPG for some time, but was rather disappointed with my last delivery. The hesperis were very, very tall and straggly on delivery, with the three white ones the worst. All of them have now died, unfortunately. Also the packaging of the Achillea was slightly odd, in that it was in the delivery box, but wrapped in lilac tissue paper and tied with string - almost as if it had already been given to someone as a gift! I admit, I haven’t raised any of these items with Lizzie or Gemma, which perhaps I should have. I had to chase this order as it was over a week from confirmation, with no despatch information, so I just didn’t feel I wanted to make any further fuss.

My first full subscription box and the plants had been packed on their sides which caused damage to three of the plants. When I reported it to them no apology informed me that they’re always packed upright and great care is always paid. I’ve cancelled my subscription - very disappointed.

I'm a returning customer and always happy with my orders. My garden is 80% Rose Press!

The concept is a great idea and my first order arrived quickly and in sustainable packaging, however, I never received my new customer 10% discount code and when I emailed customer services they never replied which was disappointing

I have been a huge fan of TRPG for the past few years and been a subscriber for nearly 3 years ( on and off ) i would never look back now. Lizzie and the team are always there for advice and tips, no question is too silly. The flowers, seeds, bulbs, bare roots is outstanding quality too! By subscribing to the box it has got me back out in the garden, helped clearing my head and obviously performing a little happy dance everytime I see my beautiful flowers. Thankyou team TRPG 🌷🌻🌿🌸🩵

TRPG is a business built on customer needs. They are always bringing collections/products that make gardening easy and fun for beginners! The app and community provides so much education and support too! TRPG always respond quickly and efficiently to any queries.Truly the best! 🥰

Ordered a special offer box reduced to £6, this arrived about a week later and then the next subscription box for the next month arrived the next day and I had already been charged £25 for the next month's subscription. I hadn't been given any login details for the website at this point and no emails to confirm dates of when the new subscription would be coming out. Unfortunately, i can't manage the £25 a month so cancelled this pretty swiftly afterwards, would have been good to have had some more communication on this on first joining. I would also say there isn't much information given in regards to instructions for planting the bare roots, unless I am missing something. Can't comment on the quality at the moment as I now have 7 bare roots to plant.

Great service, ordered items in the same including a mystery bare root and they sent an extra one which was a lovely suprise. And the two mystery roots were in the same coral/peach colour tones of the other things I'd ordered so it felt like someone had really thought about it which was nice. Delivery was very quick too

I gifted a Rose Press Garden subscription last year for my friend and she loved it.
So this year I’ve done the same for my mum and she is getting so much joy from her monthly deliveries. Highly recommend.
