The surveyor was punctual, professional and polite. He thoroughly explained the product and the fitting process then measured up and gave me the quote straight away. There was no pushy sales pitch or pressure to buy.

Pete came and gave us a quote which we were happy with and have given permission to go ahead, we look forward to our new roof.

Spire built our sun room with a lantern roof. From start to finish, the team provided an excellent service and it was clear they all had a wealth of knowledge. The whole process from arriving to survey the area to the final completed construction was finished within their predicted time scale and was a pleasure working with them. Katie the sales rep arrived as per the appointment at 1.00pm. She was very well presented, pleasent in her approach and had a nice bubbly demeanour which was not over the top. She sat down and immediately started to tell me about the company and what services they provided. I was impressed with her delivery. She showed me a sample of the materials that are used together with colour samples. Whilst I was looking at these she measured my conservatory (in blistering heat) and came back with a price. Unfortunately the price was out of my budget. There was no hard sell and we parted on good terms. Katie was a good and professional ambassador for the company.

A short presentation on the roof and the cost. I did not feel pressurised at any time for a sale. Overall a very good experience.

Had our visit from Paul the surveyor, rang to let us know he was stuck in traffic so would be 15 minutes late which was welcome. Very pleasant guy, explained everything in detail and after measuring up gave us a price. At the moment as we have just moved house and have outlaid quite a large amount of money upgrading we was unable to give him the go ahead just now. There was no hard sell and answered all our questions, the product looks excellent and when our bank balance has recovered will certainly look at booking them to do the job

We were experiencing heat loss through our conservatory which was open to our kitchen. We looked at tiled roofs which meant a whole new roof and several days work but chose Thermotec as these could be fitted in a few hours. We were seen by Paul Young, the area manager who was not pushy at all. He explained the whole procedure and about how the panels would work. He gave a very competitive price and we placed an order. The panels have now been fitted and we are delighted, it does everything as promised
