I love The Retro Store!! I've had a few deliveries now and I am always very happily surprised at the contents of my vinyl box. It's just amazing!
They are so well packaged too and the records themselves are of excellent quality.

Never received a delivery on time, mostly received sports games that are less than £1 to buy on ebay and am still to this day owed a number of boxes despite cancelling my subscription and all emails are ignored when trying to contact the company to ask where my missing items are.
Best avoided in my opinion, they take your money and deliver little but most times deliver nothing at all.

Well I signed up for this as I thought it was such an awesome concept and the pricing was quite good... I did opt for the n64, dreamcast and snes options all of which were an extra £5 each on top which I felt was worth it.... however, sadly I didnt even get a snes game, I got a dreamcast game and 2 n64 games... I use to be a collector before but had to sell my games so I knew the value... each game was worth around £5 each... which would be fine if they didnt make me pay the extra £5 for each to start with on top of the standard box pricing. Now I understand that they have to make a profit or else it would be pointless but I feel they could have at least put one good game in there, one of them was WWF warzone even after I didnt pick the 'sports' section in the games I wanted.. It's a shame because the service was so good and the shipping etc was fast and it's a fantastic idea, they just need to up their game a little. Hopefully one day this can change and a little more thought is put into these boxes.

Thinking about getting a subscription, do it, you'll not be disappointed, there games were great and the played magnificently, im well happy my friend showed me this website and I have even convinced him too get a subscription box for himself

Shipping was good. Selection of LPs very poor...I would suggest you rather go to your local record store and buy a couple of used albums for the same money. Customer support answered after 10 days.

I ordered a gift box for a friend, I amd he couldn't be happier, their communication with me was prompt and professional, hassle free. When arrived I was sent pictures of the items which were sent with the utmost care and I am still being told how great the music selections were. They seem to really love what they do and it shows. Couldnt be happier!

I received my first box! The gift, a double LP of Jesus Christ Superstar is amazing and the candy for my daughters too! My genres are jazz and 70s rock, for the first nothing to say, a beautiful a smooth listening album, for the rock side I received a John Lennon and Yoko Ono LP: appreciated the rarity, but it is more on the pop side than the rock I have in mind... Anyway it is a pretty good box, exited for the future ones!

Brilliant first box of vinyl and hoping future installments are of the same quality and interest. Matched my musical taste along with the added, appreciated touch, of the bonus disc. Thanks guys and looking forward to next months, already.

I subscribed to the gaming box 3 months back with an eye to expanding my collection. Unfortunately the variety and quality of titles received simply didn't represent value for money to me as the games were mostly incomplete or in damaged cases so could have been picked up £1 a piece at a used games store.

If you're just looking to pick up some games to play and don't mind overpaying or don't have a local used games store then this would be a decent option.

Service and delivery can't be faulted but for me it was the best choice to cease my subscription.

A good idea that needs a few tweaks or more clear communication on the offer up front.

I wish the team well and hope they succeed in their endeavour.

This was my first box and although not every game were what I would have chosen, that’s what mystery boxes are all about. Well packaged, the game themselves were packaged well individually. Very pleased

I have only had a few orders from this company but from what I have received I have been pleasantly surprised. I have got the occasional disappointing box but definitely worth the money most of the time.

I have had a few subscription boxes from other companies over the last few months, trying to find out who would be the best. And the retro has got to be one of the best out there. The ordering is simple, the service and communication is second to none and the quality of the comics ive had is of the highest quality. I will be continuing my subscriptions with them for a long time to come. Keep up the good work guys and gals. Thanks from a very very happy customer
