Horrible company
Horrible company. I purchased a $5k bracelet on 4/25/26. The lies started on 5/1 when they told me that the item was shipped and they are not responsible for any delays. The package was not showing up the FedEx system so I was not able to track it. They told me they contacted FedEx and confirmed that they had the package and it would arrive shortly. I found out they NEVER contacted FedEx as they claim and they did not ship the package until 5/11.

4/28- Received an email that they have received my order and that it will be processed and handled within your timeframe
4/29- I paid the invoice for overnight shipping and they said the item would be shipped with regular processing
5/1- They stated via email that the item has been shipped
5/4- They stated via email that the item has already been handed over to Fedex (on 5/1) and they provided me the tracking #
5/5- They said it was shipped already
5/6- They said it was already shipped and that they reached out to Fedex to request additional information (But they didn't)
5/7- Same nonsense in yet another email
5/11- The item was shipped and I confirmed with FedEx that the package was dropped off at one of their shipping centers on 5/11.
