I work whit this agency more then 4 years and I was very happy with them,all staff nice and helpful,is special my agent Charlotte who she helps me all the time when I have something to fix.

We were using another recruitment agency and the service we were getting was not good enough, the quality of candidates was poor and that is if they turned up.
We got in touch with the recruitment group, gave Charlotte a tour of the factory so she had an idea of what was required and since they have started providing us with labour, no problems at all. The communication is great and we know where we are with temps all the way through the process

I had the pleasure of being supported and helped back into work by Luke English, from the initial interview and still after having been in the role for almoat 2 weeks - I have been with a few agencies throughout my adult life and The Recruitment Group are by far the best! Im very thankful for Luke Proactivity, hes always available to talk too and is ready to explain things in detail even when he doesn't need to ensure everything is covered, he works hard, I hope theyre paying him well lol.

What can I say but fantastic, 5 stars is not enough stars to give. I found myself recently looking for a new job after leaving the one I was in. I applied for a position online, and Alice from Castle Donington contacted me regarding the position. Throughout the process Alice has been amazing, we have communicated through email and on the telephone/facetime, and she has made me feel at ease and confident, always keeping me up to date and checking in following any communication with the Company I had applied to. If she said she was calling or emailing she did.
Prior to my 2nd interview Alice was on leave but left me in the equally capable hands of Molly, who also was amazing and called when she said she was going to. Happy to say that I had a call this morning from Molly to say that I was successful and I was offered the job. I am over the moon. I cannot thank Alice and Molly enough for their help. I (in a nice way) don’t want to be using them again as the job I’ve got is perfect, however, I would strongly recommend anybody who is looking to use a great Recruitment Company to definitely consider them.
